Desilting of pump house duly filled with sand,stones,pebbles & other unwanted materials due to flash floods at LIS Langer. The job involves clearance of silt, sand, pebbles, wooden blocks and bushes etc. from inside as well as surroundings of the shed and pump house by engaging manual labour and further disposing of the same at a suitable distance using manual labour, hand carts and necessary required tools & tackles. Complete job includes cost on account of labour charges and hire charges of tools & tackles required for the execution of job. Complete Job

Disconnecting the connection of LT cables from 75 KW motors from Auto transformer starters of unit no.1 &2 and then dismantling with the help of tools & tackles/manual labour from installed position and then shifting the same through head load upto the motorable place and then loading with the help of manual labour/chain pulley block by transport for further onward shifting to the workshop. Unloading the same in the workshop for repairs. Dismantling of the damaged 75 KW Motor of unit no.1&2 at workshop , extraction of rotor from stator, drying the stator by hot air process and varnishing the motor with Dr. Beck or equivalent make of varnish by applying two coats, further drying by hot air process. Extraction of damaged bearings from their housings. P/F of 2 no.s bearings to 1 no. motor at D.E and NDE as per sample and proper cleaning of 2 no. bearings for motor of unit 2 including greasing, refitting of bearings in housings, and then shifting back both the motors to site, reinstalling the same on their respective positions,after making proper connections .Complete job includes cost of materials, transport charges and labour charges hire charges of tools and tackles required at the time of loading and unloading at both the places and manual labour (skilled and semi- skilled) at LIS Langer as well as workshop. Servicing of 1.5 cusec discharge, 104m head horizontal casing pump set coupled with 75 KW motor, 2 no.s done by way of dismantling of the pumps from the base frames de-coupling from the motor and suction delivery lines. Dismantling the pump at site for extraction of damaged internal parts. P/F of new gland packing, nut bolts after cleaning the gland bushes and gland plate sets, applying sufficient amount of grease including gland packing to avoid excessive wear and tear, complete assembling of pump set after carrying out necessary repairs. Re-assembling of pump set at workshop and further carriage back to the LIS Langer . Fitting/reinstallation to the base frame properly. Complete job including cost of material and labour charges etc . Repairs/replacement to the 150mm dia. suction pipes along with allied works damaged due to flash floods at LIS Langer by way of cutting of M.S flanges from bulged/damaged M.S suction pipes, straightening and making proper alignment of pipes for both pumping units. Providing/fitting of 6no.s M.S flanges 150mm dia. and RI sheets, nuts bolts to suction pipe. Complete job includes cost of material their carriage on mechanical transport and partially on manual head load, carriage and hire charges to and fro of tools and tackles along with welding set and charges for skilled and semi-skilled labour. Job also includes providing of 1no. foot valve 150mm dia. of standard quality at lift irrigation scheme Langer in place of washed away foot valve and installation with the help of suitable tools and tackles. Complete dismantling of foot valve and replacement of leather washer. Cleaning foot valve properly along with strainers, adjustment to flaps by adjusting and repairing to hinge arrangements. Reassembling the foot valve. It also includes cost of material labour charges and all types of carriages involved and hire charges of tools and tackles required for the job. Installation of foot valve includes dismantling of choked suction pipes and cleaning of mud/silt from pipes using special tools and tackles. Installation, fitting and alignment of foot valve with the 150mm dia. suction pipeline by way of providing and fitting of nuts & bolts, RI sheets, labour charges for skilled and semi-skilled labour etc. at Langer. Repair to Damaged M.S. Staircase 12 feet long 2.5 feet wide with working platform [2.5 feet long, 2.5 feet wide] from 40mm dia. . Cutting of the damaged portion of the stair case by welding and repairs by way of fabrication of the damaged M.S. Staircase 12 feet long 2.5 feet wide with working platform [2.5 feet long, 2.5 feet wide] from 40mm dia. M.S Pipe for railing and 40×6mm M.S flat for working platform and MS angle iron 40x40x3mm & M.S channel 75x40x6mm. The staircase should be properly fixed by way of welding of required nos. of M.S legs to be grouted in earth properly along the side of bank of nallah and required nos. M.S angle iron supports for proper clamping of railing on both sides with suitable nos. of M.S. angle iron and M.S. iron flat supports. The job includes cost of material, labour charges and painting charges by applying one coat of red oxide and two coats of black enamel for its longevity and smooth finish. Repairs to the flood damaged 2HP Mono-block priming pump set installed at LIS Langer. The job involves dismantling of priming pump from the 50mm suction line and 40mm delivery line, extraction of rotor from stator. Extraction of damaged windings and rewinding with copper wire of same size and gauge. Varnishing the stator with (Dr.Beck make) varnish in two coats, drying by hot air process. Providing/fitting of new bearings in place of damaged and greasing properly. Reassembling the motor. Also repairs/replacement to the 50mm dia. suction pipe of priming unit by way of cutting and welding works. Providing/ fitting of 1No.control valve in place of damaged valve. Providing/fitting of 50mm dia. foot valve, worn out nuts, bolts, rubber sheet. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges at site of LIS. Complete Job

Repairs to 75 KW Auto transformer starter of unit no.1&2 installed at LIS Langer. The job involves disconnecting all the electric connections of starter, Dismantling of the starter at site, washing of all parts by recommended chemicals to decarbonize the parts due to rust. P/F of new contact points (fixed and moving).Repair to its moving mechanism by P/F of new sleeves. Extraction of damaged ATS coil and repair to them by partial rewinding. Reassembling of the Auto transformer Starter and reinstalling the same at its installed position. Providing/filling of deficit quantity of T.Oil (approx.40Ltrs.) in each starter. Making all the electrical connections. Complete job include head load, cost of material, transportation charges, labour required for execution the job both skilled & unskilled. Complete job

Repairs to regulatory gates installed at check dam of LIS Langer. The job involves Repairs/ Strengthening of winch machine by way of dismantling of winch machine, extraction of worn out bearings, worms, gear, nuts, bolts, washers and replacement by new bearings, nuts, bolts, worm locks, washers, straightening of stem rod & its alignment with respect to the gate, greasing of assembly & boxing up of the winch machine & gate. Also providing and fixing of rubber seal on the bottom and also on vertical outer sides of the inner gate frame to avoid the water leakages.
