WBM grading III :: Providing , laying, spreading and comacting & stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thicness, hand packing,rolling in smooth wheel roller 80-100km in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming & stone screening / binding materials to fill up the interstices of course aggregates , watering & compacting to reqd. density as per clouse 405. (A)By menual means . (Using crusable screening such as moorum gravel WBM Gr.III

Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 1.2-1.5 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

OGPC :: 20mm Thick Open Graded Premix Carpet using Bituminous Binder: Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade an level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base , including mixing in suitable plan , laying & rolling with a three wheel 80-100 km static roller capacity to reqd.grades to be followed by seal coat as per technical clouse 508. (i) By manual means. (i) Bitumen (S-65).

Seal Coat :: Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in the bituminous surface laid to the specified level, grade and cross fall using Type A, Type B or Type C as per technical Specification Clause 510- By Manual Means Case - III : Type C (i)Bitumen (S-65).

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes and conforming to the MoSrt&H specifications.

Planting of Trees and their Maintenance for three Year (Planting of trees by the road side (Avenue trees) in 0.60 m dia holes, 1 m deep dug in the ground, mixing the soil with decayed farm yard/sludge mannure, planting the saplings, backfilling the trenches, watering , fixing the tree guatrd and maintaining the plants for three year.
