M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed. (Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for seperately)

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or lime plaster, any description, dismantling loose/damage concrete including plaster of any description and in any position from RCC structures like chajja, fins, roof ceiling,louvers, parapet, column, beam, and of lintel by hammering with wooden mallets carefully chipping off the old concrete surface at any height with necessary scaffolding including cutting of rusted reinforcement if so required and disposal of old debris to outside the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 10 mm rendering in cement mortar (1:3) to ceiling, chajja, fins, roof ceiling, louvers, parapet, column, beam, lintel and similar work finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement at any height complete all as specified

M&l for rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair face of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement

S&F Mild steel plain black sheet 0.80mm thick in hearths; covering to door shutters; ducts, etc, cut to size, edges beaded if directed, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets, fixed to wood or steel members with plain 40mm lap joints or welded/riveted seams including bending, turning up, mitred angles, stopped ends, etc as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L non skid ceramic tiles 7-8mm thick coloured (Square/rectangular) joint free area of each tiles exceeding 0.18 sqm but n exc 0.38 sqm in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm screed bed n cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L non skid ceramic tiles 7-8mm thick coloured (Square/rectangular) joint free area of each tiles exceeding 0.18 sqm but n exc 0.38 sqm in vertical surface such as dado/skirting set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cment mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) 100mm thick, type D2 using 40mm grade aggregated as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling unframed timber scantlings 40 Sqcm and over in section any position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rolled mild steel Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, post, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 40 mm graded aggregate in foundation and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Asbestos cement (corrugated,semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of mud in roof any thickness whether full thickness removed or part there of including plaster & leaping complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in padding to roof to maintain the required slope and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified.

M/L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing of water proofing compound of approved make as per manufacturers instructions on existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed. (Note : water proofing compound shall be paid separately).

Supply only Integral water proofing compound

M&L for cleaning of roof slab surfaces including sweeping clean & washing down with water to remove dust & providing water proofing treatment with polymeric standard water proofing membrane complete all as specified. (a) M&L applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 @1.20Kg/Sqm. (b) Supplying and laying APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid on primed surface by forced application including coping on the surfaces with torch application of membrane with 10cm over laps as required complete all as specified and directed . (c) Applying two coats of aluminium paint @ 0.2 kg/sqm on top of membrane complete all as directed.
