M&L for applying evenly a priming coat using bitumen emulsion @ 9 kg / 10 sqm using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified.

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat with and including bitumen of grade VG-10 at the rate of 4.5 Kg per 10sq.m on granular surface using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Premix Dense Bituminous Macadam Gde II (Premix DBM),150mm thick (Consolidated thickness)in two layers of 75mm thick using bitumen of grade VG-30 at the rate of minimum binder content 4.0 % (binder content) by weight of total mix or as per design mix including rolling and consolidation to required camber and gradient complete all as specified as per MORTH Specifications with Marshall stability not less than 900 kg using Mechanical paver of 9.00m width with electronic sensor taking signal from string laid with the help of total stationand compacted properly complete all as specified.

M&L for Premix Dense Bituminous Macadam Gde II (Premix DBM), 50mm thick (Consolidated thickness)in single layer using bitumen of grade VG-30 at the rate of minimum binder content 4.0 % (binder content) by weight of total mix or as per design mix including rolling and consolidation to required camber and gradient complete all as specified as per MORTH Specifications with Marshall stability not less than 900 kg using Mechanical paver spreader with electronic sensor taking signal from string laid with the help of total stationand compacted properly complete all as specified.

Supply only Bitumen binder grade VG -30 as approved all as specfied and as directed. (Shall be paid @ Rs. 55/kg)

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat with and including bitumen of grade VG-10 at the rate of 4 Kg per 10sq.m using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Premix Bituminous Dense Asphaltic Concrete (Premix BDAC) Grade II 100 mm thick (consolidated thickness) in Two layers of 50mm thick each layer using polymer Modified Bitumen of Grade PMB / 70 at the rate of 6 % (binder content) by weight of total mix with minimum 75 % elastic recovery (Minimum Marshall stability 1400 Kg),rolled compacted to required camber and gradient complete using mechanical paver spreader with electronic sensor taking signal from string laid with the help of total station all as specified and as directed

M&L for Premix Bituminous Dense Asphaltic Concrete (Premix BDAC) Grade II 75 mm thick (consolidated thickness) in Two layers of 40mm and 35mm thick respectively using polymer Modified Bitumen of Grade PMB / 70 at the rate of 6 % (binder content) by weight of total mix with minimum 75 % elastic recovery (Minimum Marshall stability 1400 Kg),rolled compacted to required camber and gradient complete using mechanical paver spreader with electronic sensor taking signal from string laid with the help of total station all as specified and as directed. Note for serial item No.24 & 25 :- (i) Add / Deduct over item Nos 24 and 25 above for each extra / less quantity of PMB-70 used will be measured and paid under item No. 26 as below. (ii) In case PMB 40 is used in lieu of PMB 70 the same shall be adjusted seperately for whole Qty under item no. 27 below

Supply only Polymer modified Bitumen of grade PMB / 70 Elastoesic Thermo plastic (SBS) based (IS 15462-2004) conforming to IRC SP-53-2004) (Shall be paid @ Rs. 75/Kg )

Adjustment for Polymer modified Bitumen of grade PMB / 40 in lieu of PMB/70 Elastoesic Thermo plastic (SBS) based (IS 15462-2004) conforming to IRC SP-53-2004) Shall be @ minus (-) Rs. 2/Kg

Preparing new concrete/ bituminous surfaces and painting lines, dashes, letter etc exceeding 10 cm wide with water based paint road marking materials all as per MORTH Specifications, white or golden yellow (IS colour No. 356) over a coat of primer using road painting machine all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation complete all as specified.

Rolling and consolidating formation of surfaces in cutting including watering as necessary filling in the depressions with approved earth which occur during the process with 8 to 12 tonne power roller, consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified.

M&L for soling (or sub base) 200mm thick (spread thickness), in two layers of 100mm thickness each, with broken boulders or quarried stone of 63mm nominal size, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated with 8 to 10 tonne power roller to required gradient and camber complete all as specified .

M&L for 150mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, in two layers of 75mm thickness each , with granite, trap or basalt coarse aggregate of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) spread, rolled and consolidated with 8 to 10 tonne power roller to required gradient and camber complete all as specified.

M&L for preparing surfaces of water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a tack coat with and including paving bitumen(VG-10) at the rate of 10kg per 10sqm. complete all as specified.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam, (consolidated thickness 50mm), with binder (Paving bitumen) (VG-30) content at 4% by weight of total mix, laid / rolled and compacted with 8 to 10 tonne power roller to required gradient and camber complete all as specified.

M&L for preparing the black top bituminous macadam surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a tack coat with and including paving bitumen (VG-10) at the rate of 5kgs per 10sqm. of surface complete all as specified.

M&L for bituminous premixed carpet 2.5cm. consolidated thickness with 0.34cu.m. of stone chipping mixed with 18.25kgs of binder (Paving bitumen) (VG-30) per 10sq.m. of surface area rolled and compacted with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to required camber and gradient complete all as specified.

M&L for laying liquid seal coat, applying evenly binder (Paving bitumen) (VG-30) at 9.80kg per 10sqm blinding with 6.3mm size stone chipping at the rate of 0.09cum per 10sqm and rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller rolled to a uniform smooth surface complete all as specified.

M&L Road Side berms 100mm thick (spread thickness) on sides of road using approved earth obtained from excavation including spreading, levelling, watering, well ramming with hand roller 0.5 tonne capacity finishing to required size, gradient and camber complete all as specified.

M&L for precast PCC Kerb stone with PCC 1;2:4 type B1 complete all as specified.

M/ L Painting lines,dashes, arrows, letters etc on roads , pavementsand the like n. exc. 10cm wide with road marking paint , white or golden yellow complete all as specified.

M&L for RCC M-30 design mix concrete (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, footings, rafts etc

M&L for RCC M-30 design mix concrete (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in walls , retaining walls, and the like any thickness above top of footing including attached pillasters and buttresses complete all as specified.

Provn of dense bituminous macadam (DBM) required for grade correction layer (varying thickness as applicable) compacted thickness using bitumen of grade VG-30 at the rate of minimum binder content 4.53 % (binder content) by weight of total mix or as per design mix including rolling and consolidation to required camber and gradient complete all as specified as per MORTH Specifications with Marshall stability not less than 900 kg using Mechanical paver spreader with electronic sensor taking signal from string laid with the help of total station and compacted properly complete all as specified.

(PART - II DEFECT RECTIFICATION OF COMPLETED WORK)

M&L for cutting/chipping defective portion of DBM upto depth n exc 50mm at portion where thickness less than 50mm upto desired depth and getting out complete all as specified.

M&L for preparing black top surfce by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly using mechanicaly sprayer a tack coat using bitumen grade VG-10 @ 4.5Kg/10 Sqm on bituminour surface using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix DBM Gde-II, of min 50 mm consolidation thickness using bitumen of grade VG-30 @ minimum binder content 4.5% or as per design of TI - 9/2018 incl rolling and consolidation to required gradient and camber all as specified as per MORTH specifications with Marshall stability not less then 900kg using mechanical paver spreader with electronic sensor taking signal from string laid with the help of total station all as specified.

M&L for premix DBM, of min 50 mm consolidation thickness as Correction Layer using bitumen of grade VG-30 @ minimum binder content 4.5% or as per design of TI - 9/2018 incl rolling and consolidation to required gradient and camber all as specified as per MORTH specifications with Marshall stability not less then 900kg using mechanical paver spreader with electronic sensor taking signal from string laid with the help of total station all as specified. Notes:- (a)This item shall be executed in combination with Item Nos 19 & 55 of BOQ as correction layer as per site requirement.

Scarifying or picking WMM surfaces exc 50mm and n.exc. 75mm deep as in extended portion of runway by mechanical means using excavator etc. and in area exc 400 sqm and removing n exc 50m, seggregating and stacking material size wise for resue in same work as as sepcified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick (Compacted thickness) WMM as extended portion of runway using 63mm graded coarse aggregte spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient, camber and shape all as specified. Note: The aggregate obtained from Item No 61 above shall be used in this item of work. If extra material required for this item, the shall be brought by the contractor without any extra cost to dept

M &L for WMM as in extended portion of runway using 63mm graded coarse aggregte spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient, camber and shape all as specified. Notes:- (a)This item shall be executed in combination with Item No 62 to make up the level as per site requirement.

Scarfying or picking WBM surfaces as in periphery road of Runway exc 50mm and n exc 75mm deep by mechanical means using excavator etc. and in area exc 400 sqm and removing of roots of grass, small weeds and plants etc. all as specified and as directed.

Rolling and consolidation of water bound macadam as in nperiphery road of runway (except stone aggregates) 75mm compacted thickness to required gradient and camber all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spreading of coarse aggregates as in periphery road of Runway for surface under item No. 65 here-in-before for filling undulations of grading-II (63 to 40mm size) or of grading III (50 to 20mm size) spread rolled and consolidated to gradient materials and camber required.

Rolling and consolidation of earth in embankments including cutting & levelling to the undulated portion, watering, ramming rolling and finishing to required size shape etc all as specified and as directed.
