Restoration and Repair Works of Trash Rack, Main Intake Gate, SFC Gate and Feeder Channel Intake Gate at the Intake Structure of Thirot Hydroelectric Project under Civil Maintenance Division, Thalout, Mandi (H.P.)

Diversion of Thirot nallah into bypass side manually by breaking boulder ,earthfilling and by putting gunny bags in layer.

Excavation in earth work and disposal of all excavated earth into a lead of 20 meters and lift upto 1.5 meter,disposed earth to be neatly dressed. e) Chiselling/wedging out of rock where blasting is prohibited soft rock

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :1:1.5:3 (1cement : 1.5 coarse sand): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Dismantling of damaged hoist structure of main gate and then repairing of hoist structure by erection ,testing and commisioning including overhauling of hoist arrangement i.e. gear box, wire ropes,motor,pulleys,shaft , roofing ms sheet and replacement of seals of main gate ,tunnel gate and SFC gate. Also supplying ,testing and commisioning of elctrical pannel and making all three gates operational i.e. main gate,tunnel gate and SFC gate in complete

Providing & making Gabion structure with Mechanically Woven Double Twisted Hexagonal Shaped Wire mesh Gabion Boxes as per IS 16014:2012,MORTH Clause 2500, of required size, Mesh Type 10x12(D=100 mm with tolerance of ± 2%) Zinic+PVC coated, Mesh wire diameter 2.7/3.7mm, mechanically edged/selvedged with partitions at every 1m interval and shall have minimum 10 numbers of openings per meter of mesh perpendicular to twist, tying with lacing wire of diameter 2.2/3.2mm(ID/OD), supplied @3% by weight of Gabion boxes, filled with boulders with least dimension of 200 mm, as per drawing, all complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.
