CERTAIN REPAIR TO ROOFS AND OTHER RELATED WORKS AT MURADPUR, 230 SU UNDER AF STATION AMRITSAR

M&L for preparation of old roof surface by removal of any type of existing roof treatment APP , tar felt, bitumen etc.) in any number of layer up to original RCC roof top slab surface,uprooting of grass , roots etc, remaining bituminous content if any to be cleaned with steel wire brush and other necessary tools, disposal debris outside the defence land, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge and washing down the slab with water to remove dust .Then surface shall be primered with Smart care two component, high solid, epoxy resin based floor primer to seal the pores and enhance the adhesion of coating supply and applying single component water proofing liquid membrane based on pure elastomeric polyurethane resin smartcare , cold applied of spray / brush applied , membrane with an elongation of ≥ 550±50% and tensile strength of 2.5-3 Mpa as per ASTM D412 , crack bridging ability of 3mm as per ASTM C1305 , no leakage upto 5 bars of water pressure as per DIN 1048 , shore A hardness > 50 shore as per ASTM D 2240 . The entire PU membrane shall be covered with 150GSM geotextile fabric with proper overlaps of 75mm before application of Brick tiles all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for filling cracks on roof surface after cutting V groove with electric concrete cutter machine upto 10mm wide and 10mm deep and filling the crack with elastomeric polyurethane crack filling material after cleaning the cracked surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge .

Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer on roofs and removal of debris away from site out side of MOD landcomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge .

Demolition of Mud in roofs any thickness, including plastering and leaping ( whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof ) and removal of debris away from site out side of MOD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge .

M&L for brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg per sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge .

M&L for Cement concrete type B-2 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in roof padding to maintane slope , correction of the depressed /undulated portion complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge .

M & L for providing cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in roof, Kerb or mud stops, rounded chamfered on edges before treatment of roof surface all as specified and directed by EIC.

Material and Labour, 40mm thick brick tiles laid on 15 mm thick cement screed bed in CM (1:6) using grey cement laid on concrete roof and joints of the tiles should be grouted and flush pointed using CM 1:3 mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement complete all specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge .

All as per description of Srl item No 8 here-in-before but except tiles complete all as specified. Note : Brick tiles/ PCC tiles dismantled vide item No 3 here-in-before shall be reused and cost of cleaning of these tiles in deemed included in the quoted rate complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Dismantling of CI/PVC pipe of any dia fixed with cement joint fixed on walls,roof etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge .
