Fabrication of 765/400 polymer string insulator Hanging stand

Fabrication of angle iron covered sheded stand (2 Nos.) suitable for safe storage 320/210/120 KN polymer insulator string (2X156 Nos.) by following fabrication process. (All GI angle iron will be provided by department. Rest all materials, men and T&P will be arranged by contractor at his own cost)

Sorting of desired galvanised angle iron piece from open store scrap, then shifting to fabrication site & shifting back unused scrap to store after completion of work.

Fabrication of 12 Nos. 3 Mtr long 65x65x10 size angle iron piece by cutting, straightening & welding if required to attain desired length, welding of 13 No. Hooks on each angle iron piece ( Total 12x13=156 Nos. ) of polymer hanging purpose.

Fabracation of 04 nosLegs of length 4.5 mtr by angle iron size not below than L 90X 90X10 mm

Hooks (156 No.) made by 6", 2 No. Iron rod (10mm dia) for string hanging purpose . After Fabrication all iron rodes hooks to be painted by good quality enamel paint.

05 Nos. angle size 50X50X6 length 3 mtr and 03 Nos. angles of size 50X50X6 length 1 feet, 3 nos. angle of size 50X50X6 length 6'' for top cemented sheet shed arrangement.

Assembling Angle iron frame in size 3X 3X 4.5 Mtr with above fabricated angles by welding along with 08 nos corner support both sides .

Grouting of assembled angle iron fram stand by concreting it’s 04 legs below ground 500mm depth in size 30X30X30 cm then PCC floor of size 3.0mtrX 3.0mtrX 8cm in 1:4:8 ratio.

Welding of 13 nos X 3 mtr Hook connected 65x65x10 size angle iron in frame of size 3x3x4.5 mtr incluiding all skilled labour T&P and necessary arrangements.

Fabrication of shed made of Asbestos cemented sheet size 3.5X3.5 mtr on top of above string stand by welding 3 nos. angle of length 1 feet on one side and 3 nos. angle of length 6" on another side of frame and 5 nos. 3 mtr long runner for cement sheet support, proper binding of cemented sheet with frame by galvanised J hook.
