Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n.exc. 1.5mtr wide and n. exc. 1.5mtr in depth and getting out for laying of cables all as specified and directed

All as per srl item No 1 above but exceeding 1.5 Mtr and not exceeding 3 mtr deep complete all as specified.

Removing excavated material n. exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, and including spreading, levelling,watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified.

M&L for Sand cushioning to underground cable 8cm before laying the cable and 15cm (punned down to 18 cm) after laying and stretching the cable complete all as specified.

Supply and laying in replacement for un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover factory made, class HV, type I, flat of size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for re -use un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover , laid flat in trenches over the cable with length of cover perpendicular to the direction of cable adjacent/abutting each other, item retreived from srl item no 30 above complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC ( 1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for coping pedestal of poles. Including necessary form work fair finished to exposed surface.

M&L for PCC ( 1 : 3 : 6 ) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggreghate for foundation of poles and stay assembly complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for making of duct cover by using 50mmx 50mmxx6mm thick angle iron of size 145 Cm x45cmx5 cm duly welded and using MS bar for each 10 cm of frame and necessary PCC work 1:2:4 complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour of demolition of old PCC pole and Supply and erect steel tubular swaged poles Momplete with cast iron base plate, final taper plug, bolts nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-55 ( 11 mtr long) erecting in position all as specified/shown on drawing complete with two coat of aluminum base paint over a coat of red oxide paint and black and white strip each 30cm long upto 1.5 mtr height from ground and writing pole number with black paint and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Location :- MAP Sub Stations and TOP -I Power House and Inf Bde Area. Note: (i) Excavation Earth work and foundation will be measured and paid seperately under relevent \tems.

M & L in replacement cross arms bracings supports clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nut bolts washers welding bending cold and hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicate or directed and inclusive of one primer coat one under coat and one finishing coat of paint.

Supply and fixing out door type , polymer , triple pole, 11000 volts mechanically operated Air break switch (GOD + DO), mounted on 15 Nos insulators and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level for current rating up to 200 amps and all accessories ie pipe clamp etc complete, all as specified and directed. Location : Armd Bde area at NAMS.

M&L for HT lightening arrestor for outdoor use, expulsion type, POLYMER complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65kilo amps, minimum working pressure 11000volts grade conforming to IS complete all as specified and directed . Location Armd Bde Area at NAMS.

Supply and fixing in replacement of copper ribbon suitable for 200 amps rated capacity gang operative switch, 45 CM long complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and laying GI steel tubing, 40mm bore, light grade with all fittings, laid in trenches / under roads / along pole / wall for protection of Cable / GI wire / GI strip etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of HT underground cable XLPE insulated PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor 11000 volts grade cross sectional area 95 sqmm 3 core, laid in duct / trench/along pole etc including making connection complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for drilling hole under the road with the help of drilling machine without damaging the road horizontally for road crossing GI tubing of any size for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying GI steel tubing, 80mm bore, light grade with all fittings, laid in trenches / under roads / along pole / wall for protection of Cable / GI wire / GI strip etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cable route indicator oval shaped of size 200x 150x6 mm thick made out of CI or MS, with letter imbossed as HT 11000Volt UG Cable fixed to 25 mm x 25mm x 6mm MS angle iron 450 mm long embedded in PCC 1:3:6 type CI using 40 mm graded stone aggregate and including two coats of blue colour synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer on exposed steel surface all as specified and as directed.

Supply , jointing ,testing in repair end termination jointing kit heat shrinkable out door type ,suitable for HT 11000 volts grade cable of size 120 Sqmm to 185 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried in ground vertical to a depth not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized GI strip of size 32 X 6 mm and 40 mm dia bore 7.5 mtr long light grade GI protection pipe for earth strip and GI watering pipe 40 mm dia medium grade from the top edge of earth plate fixed with deep cut on one end of pipe and fix from earth plate up to one feet above ground level of other end and plugged watering pipe at top with MS cap and grouted in PCC 1:2:4 of size 30 X 30 X 30 CM etc and 15 CM alternate layer of charcoal and salt around all sides of earth plate all as shown in electric plate no 3 of SSR part I of 2009. Note :- All joints either strip to strip of strip to earth plate are fixed with welded joints.

Material and labour for providing earthing of advance chemical earthing system of copper pipe chemrod 3 mtrs long 50mm dia filled with highly conducting metallic compounds with the permanent sealings at both the ends. Top of the earth electrode shall be compressed to form an extended lead with 2 holes for connecting the strip / wire to the load. To ensure the moisture content and clectrical conductivity each earting pit shall be provided with minimum 2 bags of 20 Kg chemical compound. An arrangement for connection of copper strip 25 x 3 mm to rod to be made with given teminal point with welded joints, including polymer chamber with cover and necessary excavation in any type of soil , returning filling in removal of surplus soil complete all as specified and as directed. S&F in replacement for GI strip of size 32x6 mm from test point to transformer or other places complete all as specified and directed.

Material and laying for construction of platform for mounting of transformer using brick masonary of sub class 'B' brick (old size). Plateform size is 3000mmx2500mmx1800mm including foundation depth of 500mm below ground level and provision of chain link fencing all around the transformer plateform 1.5 mtr high above the plateform top made out of 4mm thick mild steel plain wire supported with angle iron of 50mm x50mm x 6mm including provision of one opening gate of size 1 mtr wide and 1.5mtr in height with locking arrangement fixed to fencing with angle iron incl two coat of cement base paint over one coat of primer on plateform walls and two coat of synthetic paint over a coat of red oxide paint on all steel wire and angle iron, fixing of two Nos MS channel of size MC 80 at the centre of plateform top for moving of transformer wheels, including of 4 x danger notice board for HT 11000 volt fixed to each side of transformer fencing all as specidfied and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: - Any excavation/ earth work and PCC work shall be deemed to be including in the quoted rates.

Supply , jointing ,testing in repair straight through jointing kit heat shrinkable indoor type ,suitable for HT 11000 volts grade cable of size 120 to 185 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing in replacement of 11KV support insulator suitable for 11KV VCB dismantling and mantling of VCB Panel labour charge,high quality 11KV VCB busbar Insulation Material and Nutbolts included in quoted rates complete all as specified

Supply & fixing in replacement of stay assembly comprising of 7/2.50mm galvanized MS stay wire of reqd length, fixed to poles with and including of FI clamps made out of FI 40x6mm and nuts bolts washers of suitable size MS stay bow 14mm dia galvanized 40cm long MS galvanised stay rod threaded with nut 16mm dia 21 Cm long with washers MS stay plate galvanized 230x30x6mm and stay wire complete all as specified and as directed. Note necessary Excavation and PCC shall be measured and paid seprrately.

Material and labour for jointing broken/ lying on ground conductor and restrach the same conductor with straching of upto 5 span complete with maintaing proper sag all as specified and as directed. Note :- Conductor required for jointing broken conductor shall be included in the quoted rate. No extra payment shall be made to the contractor for the same.

Material and labour for danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet , vitreous enamelled white,. With letter, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for HT 25 x 20 cm complte all as specified and as directed.
