Providing and Applying rising damp proof coating system with single component ready to use damp proof coating Roff Hydamp complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 1. Preparation :- Throughly brush and clean all laitance, loose particles such as dirt, grease, mortar droppings, release agents, efflorescence, bird droppings, etc all large voids and hallow portions must be removed and re-plastered non moving cracks having width upto 5mm must be filled with polymer based crack filler. 2. Application :- Apply the first coat of Dr. fixit dampguard classic with a paint brush directly on the prepared surfaces by mixing (1 part base : 1 part hardner : 1 part of water), allow to dry for a minimum 2-3 hrs. apply one part of Dampguard mixed chemical and 2 parts of OPC white cement / Birla putty and make the putty, apply putty on the entire surface area, allow to dry for at least 3-4 hrs, apply the final coat of air cure 48 hrs proceeds for paints.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Vitrified ceramic tiles (joint free) coloured (Light shade) 10 mm thick (600x600mm) polished in floors etc,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement morar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4 set and jointed in neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match shade of the slab including rubbing and plishing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Formwork to chajjas, troughs and similar items including edges , for rough surface of concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 type A-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregrate in Chajjas; complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperately.

S&F for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over,cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mmdia or securing with clip complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(i) Applying 1st coat of two components modified polymer coating on horizontal and verticle surfaces. (ii) Provn of glasses fiber mess of 2x2mm immediately on alone coating. (iii) Applying 2nd coat of two components modified polymer coating after 72hrs on horizontal and verticle surfaces. M&L for PCC (1:5:10) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as filling of sunken floors/bottom and side of drain complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition mud in roofs, any thickness, including plastering and leeping complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 40mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in roof Padding etc and slope 1:40 complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Roof treatment to RCC roof as follows:- (a) Cleaning the roof surfaces thoroughly using wire brusehes to remove sharp projections, cleaning joints, washing, drying and removing all dirt/dust to receive concrete padding/plaster etc. (b) Providing 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:4) with WPC, finished even and smooth without using extra cement. (c) Providing one coat of approved bituminous primer @100 gms per sqm, over dried plastered surface. (d) Laying 3 mm thick APP membrane,(mineral finish) reinforced with non woven polyster fabric, by torch application. The overlapping while torching shall be 75 mm on longitudinal direction and 100 mm on the transverse direction complete all as specified and directed by E-in-Charge. Make : STP Dr Fixit/Pidilite, Texsa India Ltd/Tikitar Dansona/Bengal Bitumen Notes : (i) All joints and change in directions should be covered wih cement mortar (1:3) mixed with WPC @2% by wt of cement/as per site reqmt and cured well before laying membrane by torching. (ii) All angles and abuttments should be sealed well with extra care to ensure full bondage. (iii) Water proofing treatment shall be got carried out by approved authorised applicator of manufacturer only. The name of firm shall be got approved from GE before carrying out the wk. (iv) The independent testing of membrane for technical parameters given in particular specifications shall be carried out from Govt approved labs having fascilities for testing of membrane. (v) The guarnatee of treatment shall be for min 10 yrs reckoned from date of completion of whole wk.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops, and like rounded or chamfered on edges including necessary form work etc complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for repair to damage RCC coloumns/Beam/Slab/Chajja by using micro mortar and concrete in Following Stages :- (a) Removing the mortar and loose concrete from RCC elements. (b) Cleaning the rusted reinforcements and applying rust removal. (c) Inserting the addl reinforcements in cape the coves sectional area reduction in more than 20 percent welding the reinforcement with existing area and supporting adequate on walls if reqiurd with grout. (d) Providing micro morter and concrete over bond coat to cover the reinforcements and slet surface. (e) Providing adequate from wave and scaffolding if required. (f) Curing the surface. Note :- (i) Rust removal, bonding agent, grout, micro morter and concrete and related chemicals shall be of Dr Fixit/BASF and STP (ii) Work is to be got executed from authorised applications and company. (iii) Steel measured and paid separately

S&F in repairs cast iron type hubless P trap/CPWD floor trap 100mm bore with CP grating including jointing to waste pipe fixed with necessary coupling arrangement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair 100mm bore cast iron door T equal/uneqal branch pieces (any radius) diminishing pieces or tapers (larger bore measured) door fixed with necessary coupling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks, old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair grownix curtain brackets finials for curtain rod 20/25mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engneer -in-Charge

Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ
