Supply and lay cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of following sizes

Supplying, errecting and fixing steel tubular swaged poles with cast iron base plate of size 300mm x 300mm x 6mm, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws for type 410 SP-31 (9.0 metres long) including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of redoxide primer on all exposed surfaces and tarring with black bituminous paints to embedded portion in PCC complete all as specified and directed including taking down old pole. Note: Excavation, earth work, PCC in foundation and coping shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth, for foundation of PCC/Steel pole, laying of cable in trenches etc and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 7 here in before but depth exc 1.5 m & below 3 m

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soils complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L filling approved river sand in trenches for sand cushioning of laying of cables to the full width of excavated trench 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm above the cable, gently punned down, stretching and testing of cable on transformer yard etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Thickness of sand cushion after punning down shall be measured for payment.

Supply and Lay un-reinforced precast concrete cable covers, class LV, type-I, flat of size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm laid across in trenches for cable protection as in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded aggregates as in foundation, filling and mass concrete for pole / stay / post including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in coping of poles / foundation for poles, struts, posts etc including necessary form work, finished the exposed surfaces fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Weather proof outdoor bus bar chamber made out of 3mm thick MS sheet comprising 4 Nos aluminium strips each of 200Amps, 90cm long duly insulated mounted on insulators including 100 Amps MCCB with 4 No’s mounting legs made out of 25mm x 25mm x 6mm angle iron grouted in PCC block of size 30cm x 30cm x 60cm (30cm depth below ground level and 30cm above ground level) in cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm grade crushed stone aggregate), and connections with suitable size of aluminium thimbles, nuts, bolts & washers, cable glands at entry and outlet points and excavation, earth work, returning filling in and removal of surplus soils complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix junction box thermoplastic body for street light pole with locking arrangement with IP -66 protection, size 205 x 255x112 with 32 Amp 4 way heavy duty terminal block with 10 Amp MCB SP along with suitable cable glands and two steel bracket to fix with pole complete. Make :- Hensel Cat part no KF2525G or equivalent as approved by Engr-in-charge

Supply and lay PVC Insulated , PVC sheathed industrial HV round multicore flexible cable with copper conductor 3 core 1.5 sqmm including PVC conduit 20 mm dia medium grade and necessary bends, fittings and fixtures as required for connection of light fittings.
