Taking down old unserviceable cushions with cover of seat and back of sofa set and Supplying and fixing new foam cushions 40 density of size 22 "X 21" x4" inch, Make:- Sleepwell/Featherfoam/Kurlon(topbrand/model) duly covered with velvet/tapestry cloth not less than Rs.450/- per metre complete all as specified and shown on drg and directed.FD- (FD/MAP-II/ 02)

Applying one coat of french polish on the Sofa Set five seater after preparing the old surface and making smooth surfaces by rubbing with suitable ambry paper complete all as speified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (FD/MAP-II/02)

CHAIR DINING CUSHIONED (MAP) Removing of UNSV front leg from chair dining and S/F new approved quality seasoned 1st class teak wood leg to match other leg as existing pattern/design (FD/MAP-II/04)

Taking down UNSV cushion with plywood 12mm (make-Century/Greenply) of seat of chair dining cushioned (MAP) and S&F new approved quality 75mm thick 40 density foam covered with velvet/tapestry cloth not less than 450/-per meter incl 12mm plywood as size and shape of seat of existing chair cushion make : Sleepwell/Kurlon rest all as specified in drg and directred by Engr-in-Charge.

Applying two coat of french polish to Chair dinning cushioned (MAP)after smoothing surface by Emery paper. Rest all as specifed on Drg.

TABLE BED SIDE MAP Removing of old unsv shutter of table bed side and S & F of new shutter made of approved quality MDF board (Century/Greenply) as per the drg with suitable hinges . The fixing shall be done with standard workmanship. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

BIN SOILED LINEN MULTIPURPOSE Removing of old unsv shutter of Bin Soiled linen Multipurpose and S & F of new shutter made of approved quality MDF board (Century/Greenply) as per the drg with suitable hinges. The fixing shall be done with standard workmanship. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

CHAIR WRITING CUSHIONED (MAP) Removing of old unserviceable seat of 12mm hot pressed ply wood upholsted with fabric end moulded plyurethane foam with PVC liping all round from chair writing cushioned MAP and S & F all new seat of chair writing cushioned made of material, foam covered with approved tapestry Cloth, not less than Rs 450/- rest all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

BED PLY TOP STEEL (MAP) Taking out unserviceable Plywood from bed plywood steel and Supply and Fixing new 12 mm thick BWR ,AA,plywood 7 ply phenolbonded and fix as fit to the bed from headrest to the footrest. Make of Plywood : century/greenply .Rest as per drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. FD/E6/MAP-08®

Removing old unservieable MDF/prelaminated particle board headrest and S&F of new planks of prelaminated MDF Board (Century/Greenply)duly covered with pvc beading. Rest all as per drg and directed by Engr-in-Charge

CHAIR COMPUTER/EXECUTIVE REVOLVING Removing of old damaged pedestal assembly with wheels and S&F new pedestal assembly with wheels size shall be as per existing pedestal assembly with wheels. (superior quality). Rast all as per Engr-in-Charge.

Removing of old unserviceable hydraulic system for height adjustment and S&F new hydraulic system for height adjustment size shall be as per existing hydraulic system for height adjustment .

Removing of old unserviceable handle/Aram and S&F new handle/Aram . size shall be as per existing.

ALMIRAH LARGE STEEL Taking down old unserviceable existing lock from Almirah large/ steel and provide new approved quality lock having six levers with duplicate keys and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Make : Godrej/Harrison)

Taking down old unserviceable existing handle from Almirah large steel and provide new approved quality handle and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Scratching out old defective paint spots/denting from Almirah large steel by abbressive paper/cloth and making the surface smooth by filling putty etc and applying two coat of synthetic paint first quality by sprayer method complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: Asian/ Nerolac/Berger.

TABLE COMPUTER Removing u/s table top of Table computer steel and S&F new table top made of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board. Make : Century/Greenply.

TEAPOY VERANDAH MAP Removing u/s table top of Teapoy verandah steel and S&F new table top made of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board duly covered with teakwood beading 4mm thick duly polished. Make of MDF Board : Century/Greenply.

PEG TABLE MAP Removing of old unserviceable leg from peg table and supply and fixing of new leg as per existing size / shape / pattern, made out of first class well seasoned teak wood including polishing to match the other parts, Complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in Charge.

Removing of old unserviceable rear/front rail from peg table and supply and fixing of new front/back rail approved quality including polishing as per existing size/shape/pattern, made out of first class well seasoned teak wood.

Replacing of old UNSV top of peg table providing new top made out of prelaminated MDF board (one side deraocative)exterior grade BWR complete all as specifed and as shown on drg

Applying two coat of french polish to Peg Table after smoothening surface by Emery paper. Rest all as specifed.

TABLE DRESSING LADIES MAP Removing old unserviceable broken looking mirror form table dressing ladies and S&F new approved quality 5 to 6mm thick(plus/minus 5 % tolerance) electro copper plated sheet glass mirror of suitable size of make Modi / Atul / Saint Gobain, duly fixed to existing wooden frame and 6mm thick commercial ply wood including applying two coats of French polish after preparation of surface complete all as specified and shown on drgs and directed by Engr- in -charge.
