Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and disposing the rubbish to a distance exceeding 50 Mtr but not exceeding 100 Mtr away to low lying areas complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 25 mm thick sand filling in bedding layer for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed. Note : For payment purpose consolidated thickness will be considered for measurement.

M & L for Machine pressed precast rubber moulded interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade jointed with grey cement and pigments complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 100 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in footpath and finishing surfaces of concrete even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered tiles of size 300x300x 25 mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry in floors and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cm 1:6 all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quins, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as directed.

M&L Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in mortar, 1:6 type C1 1:3:6 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified.

All as per item no 8 above but except blocks or slabs set in cm 1:6 all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 30mm to 50 mm thick unpolished grey natural stone slabs, dressed close picked on exposed faces, set and jointed in cement and stone dust mortar 1:3 , including dismantling of old stone complete all as specified and directed

All as per item no 10 above but except stone slabs set in cm 1:3 all as specified and directed. Note : Servicable stone slabs obtained from item No 10 shall be used.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces on walls in CM 1:4. finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint on walls incl priming surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110mm bore PVC(SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joint, fixed to walls including taking down eaves, gutters rain water pipes (any size or pattern) all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 600 mm dia reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collar including demolition old pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded brocken stone aggregate) as in surface channels, drains complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 45cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc complete all as directed.

M & L for factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete complete all as directed.

M&L for preparation of new concrete/plastered or kerb stone surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of plastic emulsion paint over one coat priming paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted concrete/plastered /kerb stone ,floor, interloking & chequred tile surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of plastic emulsion paint complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 for portions framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre cast cement concrete factory made with stagged holes cover slabs with MS handle for manhole,drain and Connected Works type B1 using 20 mm Graded stone aggregate (1:2:4) set in CM 1:4 including necessary reinforcement and form work and including demolition of old slab complete all as specified and directed.
