SUPPLY OF GG SET
Supply,installation, testing & commissioning of GG Set with AMF Panel Acoustic enclosure arrangements as per codes, standards, datasheet & Specifications. Details of GG Set with AMF Panel: - One Nos. 62.5KVA, 415V, 50Hz, GG Set with AMF Panel, including accessories, e.g. Silencer & exhaust piping with supporting steel structure of GG set as per CPCB regulation requirements, inclusive warrantee period of 1 year, Commissioning Spares for GG Set system & Commissioning Spares for AMF Control Panel, loading, unloading & transportation at location at Mother Station Duliajan in Dibrugarh District of Assam. supply of all other required materials to satisfactory working of Power supply system. GG set installation shall be approved/NOC from local statutory authorities, which includes the Electrical inspector, State & central Pollution control boards for Noise level & Environmental impact requirement, CCOE/PESO for Hazardous & safety requirements, Present Pollution control requirements & NGT requirements etc. Including loading, unloading & transportation with above new GG set system.
Supply,installation, testing & commissioning of power & control cables (approximately 30 mtrs) for 62.5kVA GG SET Inter connection of GG Set with AMF Panel & inside Electrical Room equipment’s with all other required materials to satisfactory working condition of GG Set.
62.5kVA GG SET Comprehensive Maintenance Contract for next (1+3) Years (i.e., free service of first 01 years from the date of successful commissioning of GG set at site followed by paid services for next consecutive 3 years) - Bidder shall quote rates for Comprehensive Maintenance which shall be valid for 4 Years (including free service of first 01 year) from the date of successful commissioning of GG set Mother Station Duliajan in Dibrugarh District of Assam. The payment of Maintenance Charges for first year shall be "Zero" and for next 3 Years, the same shall be paid on half yearly basis by the owner. Unit of Measurement "Lot" indicates the total sum of charges against Comprehensive Maintenance Contract for 3 Years only as first year charges shall be considered as Nil (Zero).
