M&L for Non - skid Ceramic colour tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm(Size of tiles 400mmx400mm), in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match fixed over and including screed bed 15mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified

M&L for glazed coloured ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x250x7mm / 300 x 200 x 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colour cement to match fixed over including and 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified

M & L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles 8 to 9 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floor/skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match (light shade) fixed over and including Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick CM 1:6 for laying floor/wall finishes complete all as specified and directed

M & L for chequered colour cement concrete tiles with grey cement and pigment of size 30x30cmx 25mm thick set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors/steps fixed over and including screed bed or bedding layer of morter 15mm thick in cm 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment of any shape, colour and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade fixed over and including 50mm thick sand coushioning etc complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) as in repairs.

M&L for plain cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs, chajjass, mud stops or chamfered on edges.

Demolition of reinforcement cement concrete for kitchen platform, roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas cover slab and similar suspended work including removal of all demolished material form site complete all as specified and directed

M&F for precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in landings, bed plates, pintle blocks, chajjas, anchorage blocks, cover slabs (for manholes etc.) shelves and similar articles with plain faces and set in cement mortar 1:4 including necessary form work complete all as specified

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for
