Material and labour for opening HT, 11KV, VCB, 250 MVA front and back side complete after taking shutdown , cleaning, dusting inside & out side of VCB, greasing & oiling the mechanical parts of VCB and other parts of VCB as required at site, including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Replacement of required spare parts will be measured and paid saperately.

Taking out existing unserviceable items of VCB, HT, 11KV, 250 MVA of any make after taking shut down and replacing the follwing items complete all as specified and directed :-

(h) HTCT cast ESIGN ratio 200/50/05 Amp for VCB

Material and labour for repairing/servicing of UPS 20 KVA, disconnecting existing connections from main supply, opening the outer cover of UPS and checking the complete connections ( any connection and circuit to be repaired if required) with replacement of the unserviceable parts complete all as specified and directed Note:- Replacement of required spare parts will be measured and paid saperately.

Taking out existing unserviceable items of UPS 20 KVA of any make and replacing the follwing items complete all as specified and directed :-

Material and labour for filteration and dehydration of HV/EHV grade transformer oil, desludging of transformer minimum three cycles to achieve dielectric strenth upto 60KV(rms) for EHV grade and upto 50KV (rms) for HV grade at 2 mm gap complete all as specified and directed.

Supply of transformer oil superior quality, confirming to IS-335183, having di-electric strength upto 60 KV at 2.0 mm gap, ISI marked, package of 210 litre sealed drum, and filling into transformers and other equipments installed at various locations including taking/draining out old existing defective transformer oil , complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting of transformer indoor/outdoor type installation double pole structure/raised plinth structure with two coats of synthetic enamel paint after throughly scrapping/cleaning the rusted portion and preparing the surface and writing MES No/SM NO. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, jointing & testing, outdoor end termination jointing kit (Heat shrinkable) complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 wire, 11KV (Earthed) grade, HT, underground XLPE insulated armoured aluminium conductor, 3 core, 95 to 120 Sqmm size cable, including taking out old joint kit and removal,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, jointing & testing, straight through jointing kit (heat shrinkable) complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 wire, 11KV (Earthed) grade, HT, underground XLPE insulated armoured aluminium conductor, 3 core, 95 to 120 Sqmm size cable, including taking out old joint kit and removal, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically (depth of pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level), with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick packed alternate layers of charcoal dust and common salt, electrode connections using galvanized iron wire 4mm dia (upto body of equipment) by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts & GI washers, connected to main switch board or main control board or test point, protected by galvanized iron pipe light grade 40mm dia bore, and watering pipe 20mm dia bore GI medium grade with funnel & wire mesh including all necessary excavation & earth work, PCC chamber in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 & RCC cover, all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009), testing on completion, complete including dismantling of existing earthing all as specified and directed. Note(s) :- (i) RCC pit cover shall be pre-cast of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1, 80mm thick reinforced with XPM not less than 4Kg/Sqm. (ii) PCC chamber shall be constructed 500 mm away from the edge of earth pit. (iii) Rate shall include GI strip and protection pipe of length 7.5m, excess beyond 7.5m length required at site shall be measured and paid separately. (iv) Earth resistance should be less than 3Ohm. In case the test results are not found below 3Ohm, complete earthing will be redone without any extra cost to Govt.

Supply and fixing pre-casted RCC earth pit cover of size 60cm x60cmx 8 cm for replacing broken/ unserviceable pit cover including cleaning the surronding area complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in replacement funnel alongwith wire mesh for earthing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing porcelain supporting insulator of existing size / adequate size fixing on wall / roof for insulating and supporting the lightning arrester strips to protect during lightning complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brazing (welding) on Copper strip of existing earthing/lightening arresters at various locations, including cleaning and preparing the surface of strip complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for air termination single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long including connecting with aluminium strip complete all as specified.

Material and labour for air termination single pointed copper rod 12mm dia and 300mm long including connecting with copper strip complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing GI pipe 25mm bore light grade (ISI marked), cut piece of 75 CM length or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, fixed vertically with bottom end embeded in & including cast-insitu PCC (1:2:4) block of size 20cmx20cmx15cm including use and waste necessary fair finish form work, and other end (at top) fixed to air termination rod with necessary bolts, nuts etc as required at site, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze of size 75mmx75mmx25mm, drilled and screwed, including 3 Nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head screw complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing prestressed concrete pole, 9.0 metres long, 102mm x 172mm at top and l2mm x 279mm at bottom, class 10 complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation of poles, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping of poles etc including use and waste necessary from work for fair finish complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter deep for laying of cables and foundation of poles etc. and getting out complete all as spceified and directed.

Returning, filling in trenches (soil) including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavation soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces not exceeding 50mm deep , area not exceeding 400 Sqm complete all as specified and directed. Note: Rate quoted by contractor shall be deemed to include for removal of rubble/debris outside MoD land.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.50 m wide and not exc. 1.50 m in depth for foundation etc. or for manholes, cesspits, shafts etc. not exc. 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete ( unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level ) complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for 100 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of floors, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 50 mm thick PCC flooring using plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate finished surface even and fair complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for sand cushioning with a layer of dry river sand, 80mm thick before laying of cable and 150mm thick (punned down to 100mm thick) after laying of cables, in trenches/ducts, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned down thickness (overall 18cm), shall be considered for measurement and payment.

Material and labour, locally available, sub class `B’ bricks (old size), laid flat and dry perpendicular to the direction of cable adjacent to each other, in trenches over the cable for protection, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying / fixing , GI pipe light grade 80mm bore for cable protection fixed to pole/wall or laid under floor/road/pavement with nuts, bolts, clamps etc as required, including taking out old pipe & removal, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing switch air break, triple pole, gang operated, outdoor type, mechanically operated, mounted on 12 insulators and steel channel frame with all fittings & accessories like channel, angle, nut, bolts and washer etc, with 25 mm bore GI pipe as operatig rod of suitable length for operating mechanism worked from ground level, including drop out fuse unit assembly 11 KV grade, for current rating upto 400 Amps suitable for 11000 volts grade, AC supply, including locking arrangement for opertaing handle, including all fixing arrangement and taking down old unserviceable GOD switch,complete all as specified and directed.

Servicing/maintenance of four pole structure of Ht infrastructure, dismantling all parts, cleaning with perolium jelly and replacement of defective parts, re-assembling the same in postion with applying grease to moving parts, including replacement of Pin insulator, conductor jumper, male / female connector complete with nuts, bolts & washers, HT jumper connection with suitable cable/ ACSR conductor with conneting thimbles, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous enamelled white with letters figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps bolts and nuts of approved size for HT 250 x 200 mm size complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting HT PCC pole with two coats of sythetic enamel paint upto 1.5 m above ground level (in white and black strips of 30 cm each) and 2 coats of aluminum paint to channel, bracing ,clamps, GI pipe fittings etc after preparation of surfaces including writing pole Number with black paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repairing/servicing of fire alarm system consisting of photoelectric type smoke detectors, hooter, manual call points and fire alarm panel with 2 x 12 volt 7AH battery wiring, checking complete wiring and smoke detector complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Replacement of required spare parts will be measured and paid saperately as supply only.

Material and labour for repair and servicing of water purifier, Aquaguard Eureka forbes model - classic, including replacement of necessary inlet/ outlet PVC pipe as per site reaquirement, cleaning / replacement of candles as required and making aquaguard completely serviceable, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for construction of platform of size 3 m x 1.5 m x 0.90 m, complete all as specified and directed with following specifications :- (a) Surface excavation not exc 30 cm deep in soft/loose soil. (b) Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil, 660 mm wide and 600 mm deep below ground level for foundation. (c) PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, 660 mm wide and 150 mm thick in foundation. (d) Brick work built in CM (1:6) using sub class 'B' old size bricks with 2 steps foundation comprising 1st step of 460 mm x 150 mm, 2nd step 345 mm x 150 mm and wall 230 mm thick x 650 mm high. (e) PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, 100mm thick using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate (size 3m x 1.50 m) over 100 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) sub base over 100 mm thick hardcore of broken stone grade 2 over well rammed earth filling including provision of required soil for filling within area surrounded by walls. (f) Plinth protection 750mm wide around the platform in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, 50mm thick, over 75mm consolidated thickness hardcore of broken stone grade 2.
