Annual upkeeping and cleaning, daily collection of garbage kitchen from door to door at SBS colony and repair of sanitation work in different type colonies (SBS, Subhash Block, J.P. Colony, Pump House, and 15 block colony) of CWS-CS, Korba.

Cleaning of all types of drains,connecting drain including taking out the sludge and other waste materials etc. Cleaning of stormwater and sullage drains by removing silt, floating debris, and sludge to maintain free flow, including disposal of extracted waste up to 50m outside residential clusters.

Cleaning & upkeeping of the area along road, along residential building including brooming the area, collection of ash, garbage, polythene etc. on weekly basis as per instruction of engineer I/C Broom-sweeping of colony main roads, arterial roads, and paved common pathways daily. Collection of surface dust, fallen leaves, and litter, and moving it to local transfer points

Collection & cleaning of garbage, ash , house waste, colony garbage of drain etc. and stacking at suitable place as per instruction of Engineer I/C

Cleaning of septic tank including taking out waste and sludge etc and burning in a required size pit and excavation etc. complete as per instruction of Engineer I/C : a) 10 users Periodical cleaning and flushing of chokeages in internal sewer pipelines, inspection chambers, and manholes utilizing a high-pressure sewer jetting machine

Cleaning of inspection chamber including removing of sludge, roding for cleaning SW pipe from WC pan to chamber, taking out waste and sludge and disposal of sludge complete Periodical cleaning and flushing of chokeages utilizing a high-pressure sewer jetting machine

Removal of dead bodies including burning them at suitable place as per instruction of Engineer I/C: a) cats, dogs, & pigs

Daily collection of garbage/ kitchen waste from door to door of qtrs. Including disposal of the same in the nearest dust bin of the colony by engaging two labour per day as per instruction of enginer incharge.Daily deployment of specialized e-carts/tri-cycles with separate compartments for wet, dry, and hazardous waste from residential quarters. Includes cost of bio-degradable collection bags for common bins

Contractual assistence for cleaning of toilet room,Wc pan,wash basin,sink, floor etc including brooming of campus on daily basis with phynile,floor cleaner,disinfectent etc of Welfare buildings and toilet , drain cleaning C & D type qrs as per requirment in colony ( up to floor V level) including cost of required phynile,floor cleaner and disinfectent, broom,toilet brush,harpic,detergent etc as per instruction of engineer in charge. (Contractor has to be deployed 2 unskilled labours SAFAI KARMCHARI) /per day
