Repair to Dam top BT road from RD 00m to 1875m of Derjang Irrigation Project

Scarifying the existing bituminous road to a depth of 50mm and disposal of scarified materials with all lifts and leads upto 100m with cost of all labour, T&P with all cost of incidental charges and cess etc. complete as per approved specification and direction of the Engineer -in- Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of IRC- Grade-III (53 mm to 22.4 mm size) to Water Bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory rollers 8-10T in stages to proper grade & camber, applying & brooming requisite type of screening / binding material to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, including turf edging, watering, compacting to required density as per clause 404 of MORT&H specification for road & bridge work ( 4th Revision) with cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials, hire & running charges of machineries and cost of all labour, T&P with all cost of incidental charges and cess etc. complete as per approved specification and direction of the Engineer -in- Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.60kg/sqm using mechanical means including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P with all cost of incidental charges and cess etc. complete as per drawing, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor @ 0.20kg/sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with machanical broom including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P with all cost of incidental charges and cess etc. complete as per drawing, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor @ 0.30kg/sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with machanical broom including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P with all cost of incidental charges and cess etc. complete as per drawing, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @4.5 to 5 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 508 complete all respects cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials and hire & running charges of machineries, cost of all labour, T&P with all cost of incidental charges and cess etc. complete as per drawing, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes, cost of all labour, T&P with all cost of incidental charges and cess etc. complete as per drawing, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge..
