Material and labour, for Rendering 15 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar in two coats, 5 mm thick in CM 1:4 including mixing approved water proofing compound over 10 mm thick redering coat in CM 1:6, and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.
