Opening of all the Jumpers connecting the 220 KV Main Bus with the Bus Side Isolators of 03 nos. of bays, jumpers connecting the two sections Main bus and jumpers connecting CVT with all associated work required for successful completion of job including the cost of men, misc consumables and T&P.

Erection of main and auxiliary structures (BXM-01 Nos,CBTA-01 Nos., BCT-03 Nos. etc) as per drawing using proper size Nuts/Bolts/Washers(Which will be Provided by UPPTCL) including shifting of structure/equipments from storage place to erection site with all other associated works for satisfactory completion of the job including the cost of men, misc consumables and T&P required for the Job.

Carriage of 01 no of 220 KV isolator from Sahupuri to Bhelupur including loading, unloading and associated works.

Carriage of 150 nos. 120 KN disc insulator from 400KV Sarnath to Bhelupur including loading, unloading and associated works.

Dismantling of 220 KV Main bus bar of ACSR Moose conductor of span 54 meter, Cutting the Bus-Bar in the ratio of 1:2 including the cost of men, misc consumables and T&P required for the successful completion of Job.

Stringing of 220 KV Main Bus Bar of ACSR Moose Conductor of Span 18 meter/36metre including hoisting of insulator strings with all associated works for the satisfactory completion of job including the cost of men, misc consumables and T&P Required for the Job.

Erection of 220 KV post insulator on already erected CBTA Structure and alignment of the same for the smooth operation.

Erection of 220 KV Bus section isolator and isolator junction box on already erected CBTA Structure and alignment of the same for the smooth operation including shifting of same from store.

Jumpering of the jumpers connecting the bus and BSI , jumpering of 220 KV main Bus to PT, jumpering of main bus and section isolator with all associated work required for the satisfactory completion of work including the cost of men, misc consumables and T&P required for the Job.(1 Job for each Jumpering)

Erection of 220 KV CVT/PT (R,Y& B Phase) and CVT Junction box on already erected BCT Structure including shifting from store.

Interchanging of R&B phase jumpers of transfer bus coupler bay on both sides i.e. main bus as well as transfer bus side for providing the required phase to phase clearance including all associated works required for successful completion of job.(1 job for complete work)

Shifting of PT Secondary supply connection of 220/33 KV 60 MVA-I from already installed BUS CVT to newly installed bus CVT by the way of laying new cable, ferruling, glanding and termination of new cable with all the cost of men, misc consumables and T&P required for the Job.

Shifting of cables from dismantled trench to newly constructed portion of trench carefully by the way of opening terminations from CTs/CVTs/CBs/Isolators etc with all the cost of men, misc consumables and T&P required for the job.

Cutting straightening laying of 1200 mm below inside ground and above ground of M.S. flat of Size 50x6 mm (Cost included) and as per requirement for earthing of auxiliary structure, equipments and cable trenches including welding, painting etc. with all other associated works for satisfactory completion of the job

Bolted type tension fitting made up of LM-6 Al alloy suitable for single Moose single String(120KN) with turn buckle, D-Shackle, I-Socket, Ball hook, Yoke plate, I Clevis, Tension clamp set etc
