Taking down carefully cast iron sluice valve of size 100 mm bore from CI water mains, dismantling parts and reassembling, replacement of SS spindle for sluice valve, class PN 1.0, and repacking stuffing box of sluice valve spindle, re-fixing in original position including provision of nuts, bolts, washers, rubbers gaskets etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for minor repairing and attending the complaint of pipeline leakage of any type by highly skilled tradesman and making functional including GI fitting required like elbow, socket, tee, nipple, bend, union etc. making new threads as required including excavation, return in filling, removing soil and earth work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: (i) Complaint of urgent nature will be attended round the clock including Sunday and holiday to restore the water supply. The rate quoted by the contractrator shall include the same aspect. (ii) Fittings and excavation work will be measured and paid separately in respective items.

Dewatering of balance leftover water by using the required capacity pump and removal of mud and settled silt including scrapping the complete inner surfaces with the help of wire brush etc and cleaning with water and bleaching of the following tanks and applying two coats of white wash to all internal surfaces of wall and Two coats of colour wash painting to all external exposed surfaces and painting to obliterating letters/ labels of size not less than 60x40 cm by making black paint background and writing by using white paint to match with existing dimension and writing particulars such as capacity of sump, date of cleaning and due date of next cleaning etc. including removing the mud/silt etc. obtained after cleaning up to the distance 150 m complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge for the following capacities:- Note: Quoted rate shall be included for marking on tank.

For Semi underground sump of capacity 50000 GLNS at Vayusenabad.
