Supplying and Laying of 3core 6 sqmm FLAT submersible copper conductor cable suitable for 415V, AC Supply as required

Supplying and Fixing of base mounting AC static Watt-Hour Meter CL-1, suitable for operation on 440V, 10-40A, 3phase, 4wire system with LCD display fixing on surface of wall in existing weather proof box including necessary interconnection, testing as required. (M/s L&T 10-40A, Model: WR301DC6D20 or superior make)

Supplying and Fixing of suitable syntax box (450mm x380mmx200mm) for mounting AC static Watt-Hour Meter fixing on surface of wall etc., as required. (M/s Syntex or superior make)

Supplying and drawing 4x10sqmm size of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable and suitable size copper lugs in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit/Truff as required.

Supplying and fixing of 32mm dia PVC conduit along with accessories in surface /recess including cutting the wall/floor and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required

Shifting of existing 3hp bore well pump starter-1no. and 1hp,1ph pump motor starter, shifting to new location, fixing on wall with suitable hardware, connections, testing & commissioning etc., as required.

Fixing of 100x50mm Polycarbonate Truff with suitable accessories on surface of wall etc., as required.

Supplying and fixing UPVC 25mm dia gate volve-1no., 25mm dia elbow-1 no., & 25mm dia UPVC pipe of length 300mm for pressure testing arrangement, connecting to the existing water delivery line, testing, commissioning etc., as required.

Dismantling of existing 15HP Monoblock pumpset-1no., GI suction pipe-100mm, delivery GI line-75mm upto the end of union, removing existing GI priming arrangement, old NRV, collar etc., using safety tools & plants as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge etc., as required. [precaution should be taken care while execution of work due to deep sump water]

S & L of 40mm nominal dia with average wall thickness 5.16mm UPVC Pipe along with suitable size accessories like Bend, MT, etc as per site requirements as required.(PRESSURE RATING – UPVC PIPES SCH 80)

S&F of the Three Phase DOL starter suitable for 7.5HP pump set with MK1 RELAY, Range (13-21 Amp) in sheet steel enclosure with provision for Over Load and Phase Failure protection suitable for operation on 415V, 50 HZ AC Supply for operating 7.5 HP motor pump set as required. (M/s L&T MU-G10 or similar superior make )
