Supply and fixing kitchen plate rack of size 900x600 complete.

Factory made PVC cupbpards sides, top & bottom frame including cupboard shutter complete (Each side measured Separetely), 30mm thick (hollow) with a wall thickness of 5mm made out of extruded 5mm thick plain/printed/prelam PVC sheet reinforce with 19mm x 19mm MS square tubes of 19 gauge thickness throughout the frame and mitre cut at two corners and jointed with two numbers 150mm long brackets of 10mm x 10mm square tubes and cupboard frame shall be fixed to the wall using 65/100mm long MS screws through the frame by using PVC fasteners. A minimum of 4 nos of screw to be provided for each vertical member and minimum of 2 Nos screw to be provided horizontal member etc complete as per manufacturer's instructions and all as specified and directed. Note : Making good the disturbed side plastering and painting with existing colour (Distemper/OBD) included in the item.

Factory made PVC drawer of required size (each side measured separately) constructed by joining two nos 5mm thick plain PVC sheet at the sides and bottom joint together with solvent cement adhesive complete all as specified and directed.

Factory made PVC centre partition shelfs of 25mm thickness consisting of MS Frame made out of MS tube of 19 guage thickness and size of 15x15mm inserted all around the hollow profile section and insert 15mmx15mm MS tube in the centre of this section and liped with 10mm (5mmx2) thick plain PVC sheet at the top and bottom and 20mm wide and 15mm thick on sides using solvent cement adhesive complete all as specified and directed.

5mm thick termite proof, water proof and fire retardant laminated PVC sheet jointed together at front side of Cupboard drawer frame using solvent cement adhesive complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

5mm thick termite proof, water proof and fire retartant plain PVC sheet jointed together and fixed on back side of cupboard frame using solvent cement adhesive complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

30 to 50mm wide and 5mm thick laminated PVC leeping in front of the cupboard to be edge bonded using on the edges etc complete all as specified and directed.

Continous piano hinges stainless steel, bright finish width of flaps shen open 40mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Aluminium powder coated handle, 100mm polished bright complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Concealed point wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit, medium grade minimum 19 mm dia ISI marked and conduit accessories fixed concealed in existing wall/ceiling/roof etc for mounting of Modular switches,sockets etc complete including provisining of 0.75 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volt grade with multi stranded copper conductor to common earth and connected to earth dolly and making good the disturbed surface by cementing work, filling pop and 2 coat of distempring with existing colour code for exhaust fan all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Making hole in exisiting wall by cutting/drilling for fixing exhaust fan and making good to the disturbed surface by plastering and two coat of distamper all as directed at site by Engr-in-Charge..

Supply and fixing metal plug and socket single pole and neutral with a two pin and earth plug and socket alongwith one single pole MCB of 20 Amp concealed in wall all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L submain wiring with 2 runs of copper conductor PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volt grade 4 sqmm drawn through PVC conduit medium grade ISI marked 20 mm dia as per IS specification fixed concealed in Existing wall/ceiling including conduit and conduit accessories with PVC insulated 2.5 Sqmm multistranded copper conductor as earth continuity conductor connected to earth dolly and making good to the disturbed surface by plastering and two coat of distamper all as directed at site by Engr-in-Charge. .

Supply,installation and testing of minimum 3 star rated electric water heater (Geyser) metal body storage type of 25 ltrs capacity of Steel tank inclding 04 nos Vinay fastining for mounting geyser and other nut,bolt and washers with 3 core flexible wire of size 2.5 Sqmm from Geysere to metal plug and socket all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing on wall/roof or laid in trench galvanised steel tubing (GI Pipe) 15mm dia medium grade with all fittings (i e bends, elbow, tees, plug, union etc) and fixed with clamps, wooden plugs etc all as directed by Engr-in-Charge..

Supply and fixing Fancy type Bib tap of cast copper alloy with crutch screwed down, screwed for iron pipe of dia 15mm dia bore pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Stop valves, cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions of dia 15mm dia all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fixing PVC connections 15mm size with PTMT nuts of length 600 mm of 06 Kg/cm² pressure rating with two sets of mild steel chromium plated adopters,one at each end,suitable for fixing to 15mm dia Gi tubing complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cutting/drilling or taping from existing 15 or 20mm dia in position for branch connection of 15mm dia including suitable fitting/fixtures all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F MCBs SP 20 Amp ''C'' curve, 240/415 Volts 10 KA finger proof terminal, bi-connect termination, label holder, 35 mm² terminal capacity, insulated sliding shutter, large two position dolly, ISI marked to be fixed in existing DB.
