Material and Labour for XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 120 sq. mm 3.5 Core all as specified and as directed including taking down of old UNSV cable.

Material and Labour for XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminum conductor, 1100 volts grade, of cross-sectional area 10 Sqmm, 2 core including taking down of old UNSV cable. (NOTE For Item Nos 1& 2 : Earth work including excavation ,returning Filling,removing,sand coushioning,brick covering for mechanical protection of cable etc will be measured and paid separately under respective items of schedule)

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m deep for laying of cable etc and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick using soil obtained from excavation all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for dry river sand for filling in trenches below and around underground cable for cushioning of cable complete all as specified in clause No 19.75 of SSR Part I. Note: Only punned thickness shall be measured and paid

Supply and laying sub class ‘B’ bricks, laid flat and dry perpendicular to the direction of cable adjacent to each other, in trench for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix on pole/wall or lay in trenches under road/drain crossings etc GI pipe light grade ISI marked of 150 mm dia including necessary pipe fittings, clamps, bolts, nuts etc for drawing cables all as specified and as directed including taking down old pipe.

Material and labour for cutting existing bituminous road surfaces not more than 150mm thick, removing the debris for laying of pipes/cables and making good with PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) to match with the adjacent surface complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Excavation and work beyond150mm thick will be measured and paid under relevant items.

Supply and fix/errect/ground, Cable route indicator marked with HT or LT CABLE , made out of GI plate 3 mm thick and 6 inches dia duly marked with working voltage, size of cable and route, fixed with angle iron of size 25 mm X 25 mm X 3 mm thick , 50 Cm long, embedded in PCC 1:2:4 , type B1 of size 30 Cm X 30 Cm X 30 Cm in ground complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- Rate quoted deemed to be inclusive of PCC, excavation and earth work.

Supply and fix sheet metal boards of size 90x60x35cm for housing comprising of high conductivity aluminium bus bars of capacity 200 A -04 Nos, mounting on epoxy insulator, Fabricated with 2mm thick sheet steel with front hinged type door and locking arrangement and fixed with four Nos legs made of angle iron of size 25 x25x3 mm thick, 100 mm long, embedded in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 in ground complete , duly powder coated and fixed including connecting cables suitable size lugs testing including taking down of existing sheet metal enclosure all as specified and as directed. Taking down old UNSV light fitting of any type and Supply and fix LED light fitting 60 W LED, CCT not less 6000K pressure die cast aluminium housing, heat resistance toughened glass with frame IP 66 protection LED lumen efficacy not less then 120 lumen/watt, reflector lenses for uniform light distribution on each LED with 10 KV in built surge protection device complete fixed on existing bracket and making connections with three core copper conductor PVC insulated cable of size 1.5 sqmm FR multistranded 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and directed. Taking down old UNSV Flood light fitting of any type and Supply and fix LED Flood Light 120 W LED, CCT not less 6000K pressure die cast aluminium housing, heat resistance toughened glass with frame IP 66 protection LED lumen efficacy not less then 120 lumen/watt, reflector lenses for uniform light distribution on each LED complete fixed on two nos of angle iron 50x50x6mm thick and 60cm long with suitable size of holes and nut, bolts and making connections complete all as specified and directed. Make Havells cat part No. JETAIRISFLS120WLED730SYMLTG or equivalent make listed in PS.

Supply and fix three core copper conductor PVC insulated cable of size 1.5 sqmm FR multistranded 1100 volts grade complete including taking down old cable all as specified and as directed.

Automatic street light timer switch single phase 3kW, 230 V Swadeep-02EC 3 kW1P model as a pole mountable SMC enclosure consisting of Nature Switch-02 as the controlling unit, Power Contactor(s) & MCBs 25 Amps (both Input-Output) of suitable power rating and Copper wiring (min.10 sq.mm.) with proper lugs & terminal blocks.
