Construction of Bus shelter Near Muthuramalingathevar College ( Madurai Main Road ) Vadugapatti panchayat Madurai District at Usilampatti Block

Earth work Excavation for Foundation in all soils and Sub Soil to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring strutting and requiring the sides of foundation.

Cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 mix using 40mm HBG metal for foundation including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick., compacting etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed. - Rate for 10 m3

Brick work in CM 1:3 mix using country bricks ground moulded of size 22 x 11 x 7cm for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications. Rate for 10m3

Supplying and erecting for centering for sides including all labour charges etc. Coloumn 1

Supplying and Fabricating and placing in position MS steel or Ribbed Tor Steel for all Reinforced Cement Concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc, Complete complying with stanard specification.(MS rod or RTS bar will be supplied departmentally at section stores and cost will be recoverd at issue rate). the binding wire shall supplied by the contactor.

Reinforcement cement Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 using 20mm ISS HBG metal for all CC item of works excluding cost of including curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls , sides and bottom of the slabs, beams etc., shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3, 12mm thick. and with kraft paper without claiming extra as directed by the departmental officers complete complying with standard specifications.

Supplying and applying of two coats of putty of 3mm thick over the exposed RCC surface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothy with grinding machine and the surface shall be thoroughly clean out of dust and scrubbing. The surface shall then be allowed to dry for atleadt 48 hours. It shall then be sand papered (water proof abrasive sheet) to give a smooth and even surface. Anyunevenness shall be made good by applying Ist coat of putty mixed with water on the entire surface including filling up the undulations and applying 2nd coat of putty after 6 hours of Ist coat of putty and then sand papering (waterproof abrasive sheet) the same after it is dry and finishing the surface smoothl, etc., complete complying with standard specifications and directed by the Department officers. (The rates are inclusive of hire charges for grinding machine with wheel, coat of sand paper (waterproof abrasive sheet), cost of putty blade ,labour charges for grinding the jointsand sand papering, two coat of putty,scrapping the putty area to level the surface smooth,etc.,complete). The putty should be got approved by the excutive Engineer before use on work.(Based on Sor 2023-2024) PWD Department Bulidings - chennai (Tecnical circular No. AEE / T10 /24475/201/8 dated 01.02.2019)

Plastering with CM 1:5, 12 mm thick.in all floors including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Rate for 10m2

Weathering course with broken brick jeely for 20 mm size mixed with pure slacked lime (no sand to be used) in proposation of 32:12.5 cft to proper gradient,well beation with wooden beaters etc

Ceramic tiles flooring laying with Vitrified tiles laid in C M 1:3 inculding cost of white cement and labour charges etc

Dadooing walls with glazed tiles including cost and all labour charges etc complete

Emulsion painting with two coat using plastic emulsion including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc completed

Provision for Name board and Hand Raoils arrangement Charges
