REPAIR TO ROOF TREATMENT IN CERTAIN BUILDINGS IN VARNAPURI I II III MAP AREA AND RAM MANDIR AREA UNDER AGE BR II OF GE NW VASCO

Dismantling/Taking out existing hessain base felt of any other existing water proofing treatment from roof including cement plaster and exposing the top surface of RCC slab including removing dust, dirt and washing the roof and removing the dismantled debris to a distance exceeding 200 m but not exceeding 3000m spread and levelled as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling/taking down single layer, mangalore pattern or similar tiles in roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick (average) in CM (1:4) as in padding over roof top surface incl mixed with 3% integral water proofing compound and filling all cracks in cement slurry by forming groove of 5mm x 5mm finished to even & smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.. Note :- Integral water proofing compound will be measured and paid seperately

M&L for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3Kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application including applying evenly priming the surface with bituminous primer @ 0.90 Ltr per sqm completed all as specified.

M&L for applying Fiber reinforeced elastomric liquid water proofing formulated with PU hybrid polymers and reinforcing acrylicas fibers and can bear upto 10 bar hydrostatic pressure by using pains smart cate damp proof ultra or equivalent approved having SUN Reflecting index (SRI) of 106.59 on top of concrete roof surface in three coats @10 ltr / 10 Sqm. First coat of self priming of elastomeric water proffing liquid (3:1 in diluted ratio with water) and second coat of undiluted elastomeric water proofing liquid, followed by third Final coat of undiluted elastomeric water proofing liquid (dry film thickness of complere applications/system not less than 200 microns). Prior to all this activity surface preperation to be done by removing dust, algea, fungus, oil, grease etc and crack filling by smart care terrace texture crack filler wherever required. On the tile mosaic surface used smart care terrace tile primer for better adhesion complete all as manurfacturer instruction and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge, thickness in roof coverings complete.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall of building /Hangar, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.
