Supply & fix drawers of table made out of 1 mm thick MS sheet over all size of drawer 350x430 mm & 410 mm deep duly painted with a coat of Zinc primer all as shown in drg and as directed and specified.

CHARPOY GI PIPE WITH 12 MM PLYTOP (FD-220) : - M&L for carrying out repair and replacement of the following parts of charpy GI pipe with 12mm plytop, complete all as specified shown on drg after removing the old broken parts :-

S&F of new 12mm thick commercial plywood 1980x 900mm BWR grade ISI marked (Make: national/kitply/green ply) alongwith MS round headed nut & bolts with whasher 75mm long and all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismentling and reassembling frame of charpoy GI pipe plytop and providing extra threads and welding sthe joints as required and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing the existing u/s borken long rails of charpoy GI pipe and S&F new long rail made out of GI tubing 32 mm dia 1980 mm long (Medium grade ISI marked) make approved by GE all as specified and shown drg.

Making out short rails from broken long rails obtaian ser items No.06.03 above and fixing to the charpoy GI pipe complete all as specified and shown on drg including removing existing broken/u/s short rails.

Making out legs for charpoy GI pipe from broken GI pipe obtaian ser items No. 06.04 above and fixing to the charpoy GI pipe complete all as specified and shown on drg including removing existing broken/u/s legs.

S&F of new GI check nut of size dia 32mm and 5mm thick ISI marked as required size and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F of new GI elbow 3 way of size dia 32mm after dismantling/taking down old GI elbow of ISI marked approved by GE as required size and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F of new MS flat iron stiffner of size 40x5 mm end length 900 mm with a coat of zinc primer yellow then appply one coat of enamel paint black and all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing the existing unserviceable damage table top including aluminum sheet from the table and Supply & fix new table top 1900x685mm size of 18mm thick plain particle board (Phenyl bonded) exterior grade with 22 gauge aluminium sheet all as shown on drg and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F of legs made out of 25mm square conduit 16 gauge including cutting, welding to required length of adequate size of all as shown on drg and as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cutting the existing damaged portion of conduit pipe and welding by providing 20mm dia conduit pipe 18 gauge (approx 250mm long) bend to standard size complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S&F MS flat iron 25x3mm, 50mm long for fixing back frame/seat frame by gas welding to steel frame of chair for support all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

After the removing of old paint, rust (by emery paper) and prepaired whole surface of chair tubuler steel w/o arm for painting, then applying one coat of Zinc Primer Yellow, then after apply one coat of synthetic enamel paint olive green (Make: Berger/Asian) all as per directed by Engr-in-Charge.

CHAIR TUBLAR STEEL WITH ARM {FD-75 (M)} : - M&L for carrying out repair and replacement of the following parts of chair tublar steel with arms as per drg :-

S&F Seat frame including canning as per 'Godrej' pattern

After the removing of old paint, rust (by emery paper) and prepaired whole surface of chair varandahview to position shall be painted with two coats of white enamel paint over a coat of primer (Make: Berger/Asian /shalimar) all as shown in drg./ directed.

Removing existing old worn out nylon tape/cane from chair verandah and reweaving the chair with new 04 mm thick oval shape of white colour best quality cane (Make: Shah Premier all as per drg and as directed.

TEAPOY VERANDAH (FD-255) : - M&L for carrying out repair and replacement of the following parts of teapoy verandah as per drg :-

Supply & fix MS conduit 12 mm bore as in short runner of Teapoy verandah by welding duly painted with a coat of pink primer after dismantling old broken/ unserviceable runner all as shown on drg and as specified and directed

All as per ser item No. 11.01 here in before but long runner.

Supply & fix top of the teapoy verandha made out of 18/19mm thick ply wood BRW grade of approved make confirming to IS with 1mm thick laminated sheet white at top and 4mm thick teak wood edging all around the top and bottom side of the top shall be painted with a coat of white primer of teapoy verandah after dismantling old damaged/unserviceable top all as shown on drg all as specified and directed.

After the removing of old paint, rust (by emery paper) and prepaired whole surface of teapoy verandah for painting, then paint one coat of red oxide paint, then after apply one coat of synthetic enamel paint white (Make: Burger Asian) all as per directed.

CHAIR CUM WRITING DESK (FD/CCE/R&D/BLS/01 & TP) : M&L for carrying out repair,/replacement of the following parts and supply & fix of new parts as under of Chair cum writing desk as per drg & as per the direction of Engr-in-charge :-
