Annual Maintenance contract for various capacities of RO systems: The RO system consists 5 stages of filtration such as Prefilters, Carbon filters, Activated alumina and RO membrane etc and post carbon filters. Service charges for maintaining the RO system on weekly basis and attending any breakdown maintenance with in 24 hours includes general check up and cleaning of cartridge, cleaning of membrane and replacing of hoses if required, replacing any damaged spare parts/fittings and cleaning of water coolers whenever needed etc complete to the satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. Note: 1. Total 14 nos. RO systems are available in FRFCF Site a) 25 LPH- 5 Nos b) 50 LPH-9 Nos 2. Spare parts will be measured in respective items excluding hoses, fittings etc. 3. Specialist Technician who is well trained in RO water purification maintenance should be engaged for repairing/servicing. 4. UF filtration system to be converted into RO filtration system.

Supply and installation/replacement of Kemflow Pump with motor 48V & 2A
Supply and installation/replacement of AC/DC adopters 48 V &2 A
Supply and installation/replacement of Solenoid Valve 48 V
Supply and installation/replacement of RO Membrane-75GPD with all necessary accessories. Make: Vontron/HJC/CSM/Filmtec
