Providing and fixing Stainless Steel Plot Indicator Board in Industrail Area Phase - II, Chandigarh.

Providing and fixing SS stainless steel 304 grade house indicator board with 4mm thick ACP sheet covered by reflective sheet in Blue color prismatic high resolution sheet/tape of type XI both side including house numbers in white colour. The ACP sheet is to be sandwiched between transparent adhesive laminate sheet on both sides. The sheet is to be fixed in Display frame size of 1' x 10" x 10" with arrow formation at one side as per drawing of SS pipe of 25mm inner dia with internal support for ACP sheet with proper welding fixed with rivets as required. The display frame is to be welded wiht vertical SS pipe of 40mm inner dia with height of 3'-4" feet above ground level and 1'-0" below ground level. The rates also include cost of 9" long anchorage piece embedded in cement concrete 1:2:4 block size of 1-0" x 1-0" x 1"-3" complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing guide map board made made of size 6'x4' fabricated with a frame of MS rectangular pipe of size 96mmx38mm having 2mm thickness the frame further divided with three number in horizontal and four number in vertical position as shown in drawing two number legs of 75mm dia MS pipe having 3mm thickness and 5'-6" length having two anchorage piece 1'-0" length of MS angle 35mm x35mm x5mm is to be welded at bottom and one angle length 3'-0" is to be welded between the two legs. 3mm thick aluminum compound panel sheet is to be fixed onfront & back side of the frame with screws & adhesive. The high intensity micro prismatic sheet free from scratches type IV of ASTM standard (Nikkalite brand/3M/A very Dennison ) is to be pasted on one side of board including overlay duly printed of guide map of chandigarh 2mm thick sheet of clear polycarbonate is to be fixed on front side of the frame. The whole structure is to be painted with two coats of special quality paint over one coat steel primer duly embedded in ground with cement concrete 1:2:4 block of size 2'x2'x2½ complete in all respect as per Architectural drawing bearing hob No.760 Drg. No.107 and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
