Supply & laying GI pipe light grade grade with all fittings for protection of earthing conductor of strip laid in trenches or fixing to wall with suitable size of FI clamp complete of 40 mm bore dia including taking down old pipe etc

Supply & laying GI pipe light grade grade with all fittings for protection for GI Earth wire or for watering arrangement with suitable size of FI clamp complete of 20 mm bore dia including taking down old pipe etc

S&F Porcelain/PVC insulator not less than 75mm long, 30mm thick, with suitable fixing nuts, bolts and washers suitable for strip connection complete including taking down old u/s insulator all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 metre wide and not exceeding 1.50 metre in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 M wide and depth exceeding 1.50 metre but not exceeding 3.00m and getting out in hard/dense soil all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Returning filling in including spreading levelling and well ramming in n.exc. 25 Cum complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing the excavated material not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at & level not exceeding 1.50 metre above the starting point all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixng GI Funnel with wire mesh including taking down old funnel complete all as speciffied and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level,earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15mm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in altemate layers excluding refilling with good earth specified and electrode connections by using GI iron strip of 32x6mm size by means of bolts,nuts,checknuts and washers made of GI and provision of GI pipe medium grade 40 mm dia for protection of earthing lead and 20mm dia for watering arrangement Including funnel,wire mesh Including Taking out old unserviceable earthpit necessary excavation and earth work disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50mtr all as specified and shown on plate No5 of SSR part-1 2009.

Supply & Fill common salt in alternate layers in earth pit complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fill Charcoal dust in earthing pit complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fill Magnesium Sulphate in earthing pit complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fill Earth enhancement compound (GeM) Make : Truepower/Ashgel/Dhruvacomplete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Marking Earthing Pit with white/ coloured Hylam sheet/per pex sheet 3mm thick of size 200x150 mm fixed with MS angle iron 20X20X4 mm and .75 mtr long lncluding painting with synthetic eneamelled paints 2 coats over a coat of red oxide primer fixed by means of 2 nos nuts,bolts,washer of suitable size and grout the maker nearer to the earth pit with PCC 1:2:4 of size 0.15 x 0.15x 0.15 m including necessary earth work.Maker shall be written the following letters (letter of size 25 mm) EARTH PIT NO : EQUIPMENT/BUILDING CONNECTED : DATE OF TEST : EARTH RESISTANCE IN OHMS :

Supply & fixing 15mm nominal bore tubes, medium grade galvanised with all fittings fixed on walls,ceiling,laid in floors or burried under the ground for filling of water in earthing pit including inserting suitable size of tee with outgoing water deilvery pipe line from PVC over head tank to earthing pit and including taking down old pipe etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply & fixing 15mm dia stop valves cast copper alloy screwed down high pressures, with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed in repairs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply & fix 15 mm Taps of cast iron or malleable cast iron galvanised,screwed for GI pipe and fixed with 15mm dia bore pipe for filling water to earth pit and fixed in repairs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Cutting the existing GI tubing 15/20/25 mm bore inserting suitable size of Tee reducer and union for taking out connection for filling water in earthing pit including making good as existing completeall as per specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

M & L for welding/brazing of existing earth strip connections complete for existing improvement of existing earth pits all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for inspection and testing of earthin pits as and when required for quaterly audit of the earth pits complete with provision of adequate manpower (Min 01 skilled electrician & 01 helper) alongwith earthing testing equipment duly caliberated. Recording of data & earthing results is tabular form, generation of reports and submitting printouts, taking signatures of user & MES reps all as directed by Engr-in Charge . Notes:- 1. Rate shall be inclusive of provn of adequate manpower, tools & Plant, earth tester, stationary etc. 2. The work shall be supervised by licenced electrical supervisor and certificate in this respect shall be submitted before acceptance of the contract failing which tender will not be accepted. Also at any point during currency of the contract if it is found that there is no electrical supervisor available with the contractor , execution of work will not be allowed and tender will be cancelled with necessary recovery from the contractor. 3. Inspection & testing of 01 earthing will be considered as 01 Job.

M & L PCC for chamber of earth pit with PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 including demolate old u/s chamber of earthing pit all as specified and as directed by Engineer In Charge.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II (Schedule of credit) Credit amount of Rs (Refer schedule of credit) for retrieved material mentioned in Sch 'A' Part-II of Tender documents in PDF form will be deducted offline during acceptance of tender of lowest bidder.

Note: (1) The repair has to carried out as and when required basis and accordingly site will be available in piecemeal wise and as directed by Enginer-in-Charge in the Air Force station area
