Demolishing brick work, manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead - In cement mortar.

Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead - 1:3:6 or richer mix.(i/c equivalent design mix)

Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead - 1:4:8 or leaner mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Demolishing R.C.C work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead

Disposal of debries including loading, unloading and conveyance to low lying areas with in 2km lead as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m

Supply of Quarry rubbish including stacking to department gauge for premeasurement and spreading required thickness as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Foundations, footings, bases for columns

Providing ,hoisting and fixing upto floor five level precast reinforced cement concrete work in string courses, bands , copings, bed plates, anchor blocks, plain window sills and the like including the cost of required centring, shuttering, finishing smooth with 6 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) on exposed surfaces complete but excluding cost of reinforcement with 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening , cutting , bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level – Thermo -Mechanically treated bars (ISI BRAND OF APPROVED MAKE) Fe - 415 or more

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular ) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in – cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Steel work welded in built up sections / framed work , including cutting,hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required - in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets,gates and similar works

12mm cement plaster of mix :Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 40mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

Finishing walls with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as permanufacturers specifications - Two or more coats applied @ 1.25 ltr / 10 sqm over and including one coat of special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr / 10 sqm.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver blockof M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of approved size and design /shape laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of course sand, filling the joints with coarse sand etc.fillng the joints with course sand etc.all complete

Desilting the canal by removing silt,slush and debries from the bed of the drain removing the grass, buses etc., omplete in unhygenic and foul condition including diposal of the same within an average lead of 1km without polluting the environment as directed by the engineer-in-charge- by mechanical means

Providing and fixing in position pre-cast R.C.C. manhole cover and frame of required shape and approved quality - HD -20 - Cirucualr shape 560 mm internal diameter

Providing and laying non - pressure NP2 class (light duty) R.C.C pipes with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc.complete - 900 mm dia R.C.C. pipe
