Excavating in Soft/loose soil trenchs, n exc 1.5m wide & n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10sqm on plan & n exc 1.5m in depth & getting out complete all as directed

Excavation over area n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as directed.

Surface excavation n exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as directed.

Returning Filling in,including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers, not exc 25 cm complete all as directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance n exc 50 m and depositing where directed at level n exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as directed.

Hardcore of gauge exc. 63 mm but not exc. 100 mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers not exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface using broken bricks complete all as directed.

Moorum/red bajri filling, Spreading , levelling over field earth including watering, ramming, rolling and finishing to required size and shape as in berms etc complete all as directed Note : Moorum shall be brought from outside of MD land from contractor own source.

PCC (1:4:8) type-D2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete,sub base as in floors complete all as directed.

PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in copings complete all as directed

Plain cement concrete (1:3:6) Type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete for manholes, Septic tanks & drains and for similar work complete all as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel upto 30 cm inner grith. using extra cement including forms moulded etc complete all as directed

Precast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1(using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in manholes covers including form work etc set in CM 1:6 complete all as directed.

TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking bending, spirally for hoping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire not less than 0.9 mm dia, complete all as directed.

Use and waste form work to rough finished soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200 mm thick (horizontal or sloping) for flat rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as directed.

Use and waste form work to rough finished faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter complete all as directed.

Use and waste formwork to rough finished edges of concrete flats, breaks in floors, openings in concrete walls, floors and roofs and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping, and similar work all exceeding 20cm wide complete all as directed.

Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as directed

Machine Pressed precast PCC interlocking paver block any shape and size and confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade mixed with grey cement and pigment, laid dry and bedded on sand cushion complete all as directed.The pattern of paver block shall be approved by GE and shall be of approved make/ Note: Payment of sand cushion shall be measured and paid separately.

Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in CM (1:4) complete all as directed.

Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished the surfaces even & smooth without using extra cement Complete all as directed.

Two coat, of cement base paint over a coat of chalk whiting on wall including preparation of newly plastered surfaces complete all as directed.

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting using 8 to 10 Tonne power roller complete all as directed.

150mm thick Soling (or sub base) with broker boulders or quarried stone, inter stices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient in two layers and camber complete all as directed.

150 mm thick water bound macadam in two equal layers of 75 mm each (compacted thickness) , with coarse aggregates of grading 2 ( granite/basalt/trap) 63 to 40 mm size spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient & Camber complete all as directed.

Repairs to pot holes any depth, n.exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surface in roads, path etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by supplying and filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming with 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as directed.

Scrafying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exceeding 400 Sqm and depth exceeding 50mm and not exceeding 100mm deep and removing materials from site of work complete all as directed.

Preparing unsurfaced water bound macadum surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with compressed air to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as directed.

Applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with paving bitumen VG-10 Grade @ 10 kg/10 Sqm complete all as directed.

Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with compressed air to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as directed

Applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with paving bitumen VG-10 Grade @5 kg/10 Sqm complete all as directed

Premix bituminous macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber, average consolidated thickness 75mm or less using bitumen VG- 30 grade @ 4% by weight or aggregate using mechanical paver and 8 to 10 tonnes power roller complete all as directed.

Bituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete 30mm thick consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix using bitumen of grade VG-30 by machanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with using power roller 8 to 10 tonne complete all as directed.

Bitumenous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete 40mm thick consolidation thickness with 5.5% with binder content by wt of total mix using bitumen of grade VG -30 by machanical paver rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with using power roller with 8 to 12 tonne complete all as directed.

Continuous brick edging, with width equal to the depth of the brick, laid dry, laid on end vertically using fly ash bricks,incl necessary excavation and earth work including temping ground around bricks in any type of soil and removal of surplus spoil etc. to a distance n.exc 50m complete all as directed.

Preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as directed.

Solar road stud made of aluminium alloy, 100% water proof with high efficiency mono crystalline solar panel 2.4 V / 0.30 Watt, one Ni-Mh or Ni-Cd rechargable battery (1.2 V / 1600MA ), six super bright LEDs with 10000 to 18000 mcd, bearing weight of 10 tonnes (appx) fixed as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as directed.
