Construction of superstructre structure including air codition , lighting , Power Load on various locations at Bharat Mandapam New delhi.

Providing an Installation of Mild Steel Super structure with variable truss Sizes (Angle/ round pipe Truss) with Square/Round Pillars with heavy base plates and column Height in various length (6m, 7m, 8m). The clear span of the A Frame Structure should be from 12m,18m,24m & 30m. The structure should be strong and steady enough to sustain the High Wind Pressure. A duly painted structure along with fixing of roof covering with color coated Galvanized roof sheets.(No GI Sheets) . The sides of the super structure should also be covered including front and back with Color Coated Vertical Sheets along with Aluminium Glass Entry and Exit Doors in sufficient nos. False Ceiling in the structure to be provided with flame retardant water proof parachute fabric for the interior finish sufficient numbers including general lighting, floor platform (min. 100 mm) as per the direction of Engg.-in-charge (on hire basis for duration of fair). The structure should be erected and installed in such a manner as per direction of Engineer - in - Charge

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. Note: - This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done.

Providing & fixing flex hoardings/gates made of M.S tube frame of section 25x25 mm & of required shape & size covered with digital printed Blackout flex (10-1302-180 DPI 4 Pass) having desired art work in four colours, shade, and text as approved by Engineer-in-charge indicating the name of exhibitions as India International Leather Fair etc. for all heights and erecting of hoarding/main-entrance gate/hall entrance gate should be strong enough to sustain the high speed wind pressure etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (On hire basis). Note: - Actual area to be measured for payment.

Hire charges for providing air-conditioning facility in various hangers at different locations in Bharat Mandapam during the event by using air-cooled package/Chiller unit/split air-conditioning units of suitable capacity ,fire retardant fabric ducts and electrical connection from nearest source of power up to 30mtrs along with connecting refrigerant piping from outdoor to indoor units, gas charging, internal electrical connections complete with installations testing & commissioning of the units in all respects and maintenance of the equipments during the event.

Hire charges for providing electrical power connections of various connected rating with suitable size of aluminum/copper 3 ½ /4 core armoured cables and earth wire controlled with suitable capacity switch gear i/c end termination laying of cable on floor/trench/carpet and tapping with power supply from permanent DB of CPWD /ITPO in various hangers/halls i/c connection inter connection and maintenance during the event. (the cables & other wiring needs to be put under the wooden ramp/rubber covering mat etc as required as per the direction of engineer in charge).

Hire charges for providing, installation, testing and commissioning of 60-80 watt LED fitting mps to be mounted on wall/board/trees/existing street light poles etc. complete with connection, interconnections, sub main and copper circuit wiring and with suitable capacity switch gear etc. including their maintenance during the fair period at various exhibition.

Providing pagoda structure made up of aluminum structure covered with water proofing and fire retardent sheet like Shri Ram Fabric and should be strong to sustain the high speed wind pressure centre height 10ft to 12ft with span of from 5 or 6mtrs. All three cover with SRF sheet & as per direction of Engg-in - Charge including wooden flooring as per site requirment (on hire basis for duration of the fair.)

Providing portable Executive toilet van (Male i/c 4 nos. urinals + Female) with all toileteries, care takers, Housekeeping, Suction, filling of water including transportation cost as per direction of Engg-in-Charge. (2No X 6 days -12Nos,AAHAR )(1No X 15 days= 15Nos ,IITF)

Providing and placing M.S. superstructure Clock room with wooden platform ( Double ply ), Carpet , adequate racks, door inside of structure and branding outside of clock room as per the direction of Engg.-in-charge (on hire basis for duration of fair) a) Span upto 10Mtr.
