M & L for taking out / lifting from bore well and shifting submersible pump/motor set to wksp for repairing including dismantling / opeing carefully all burnt winding wire by strip opening of 3 phase A.C submersible motor, any make of the following capacity as mentioned below and rewinding the motor with PVC insulated superior quality water proof submersible motor winding wire of suitable size including PVC shelves, Varnishing, backing etc and reassembling, testing and lowering the submersible pump set in borevwell complete all as specified and directed Note : (a ) The cost of copper winding wire of any size/gauge deemed to included in this job.(b) The Cost of transportation such as vehicle , T & P and man power deemd to include in this job.

M & L in replacement of soft starter in steel enclouser comprising of the following applications of make L & T CSXI model Cat Part No CSXI-037-41 or equivalent in Siemens, Havelles etc:- (a) In built bypass contactor (b) Soft start/ start stop/adjustable current limit (c ) Essential motor protection against (i) Overload. (ii) Single phasing, (iii) Instantaneous overcurrent (iv) Phase sequence reversal (v) abnormality in supply (vi) unbalanced current. (d) Thermistor protection through PTC (e) Excess start time setting

All as per item 22 here in before but Cat Part No CSXI-030-41 complete.

Supply and fix in replacement of submercible flat 16 Sqmm, 3 core copper cable, 1100 volts conforming IS 694:1990 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of submercible flat 10 Sqmm, 3 core copper cable, 1100 volts conforming IS 694:1990 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of submercible flat 25 Sqmm, 3 core copper cable, 1100 volts conforming IS 694:1990 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply in replacement of MS Nut bolts machine made with hexagonal or square head at one end screwed the other, each screws and to be fitted with washers and nut, exc 5 cm but not exc 10 cm long and dia of bolt 10cm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Repair to pump house bore well cap cover made out from mild steel sheet 3 mm thick and angle iron frame in any shape and size complete with making holes , nut bolts welding etc as reqd at site including painting of two coat of shynthectic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of MCCB 100 Amp , 3 pole, 415 volt, 16KA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of MCCB 200 Amp, 4 pole , 415 Volt, 36 KA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of MCCB 250 Amp, 4 pole , 415 Volt, 36 KA complete all as specified and directed.

To attend elect complaint of water supply installations replacing burnt lugs of cable, to check auto star delta starter, voltmeter, ampere meter or any other items in pump panel changeover switch and make functional if minor repair involves to above equipments complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Calcium based granual dis infectant for water treatement more stable than chlorine gas and stronger than bleaching powder and Calcium Hypo chlorite 65% to 70% Chlorine content in granular. (Packing in Plastic drum) as appoved by E-In-C's all as specified and directed.

Supply only EM 1 Solution (Effective Micro Organisms) which should include:- (a)culture of :-

Latic acid bacteria- Lactobacillus planturum, L. casei,Streptoccus lactis.

Photosynthetic bacteria- Rhodopseudomonas palustrus, Rhodobacter spaeroides

Yeasts-Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Candida utilis.Actinomycetes- Streptomyces albus, S. griseus

Fermenting fungi - Aspergillus oryzae, Mucor hiemalis

The solution should be concentrated enough to be diluted to 1:20 for activation with mollasses and further activated solution should be concentrated enough to be diluted to 1:20 for use in STP (Total dilution will become 1;400)

The contractor will also provide equal quantity of sugarcane mollasses as EM1 solution.Cost of the same deemed to be included in quoted rate.
