Repair/ Maintenance and overhauling of Ceiling fan/Exhaust fan and associated E/m work at domestic area at AF Station Kanpur

Taking down carefully ceiling fans of 1200/1400mm sweep of any type or capacity from the height up to 4.0 mtr and dismantling the ceiling fans carefully for recognising defects at site or depositing the same to MES store yard complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note:- (i) Record of MES Number of ceiling fans shall be entered in a register / MB for further verification. (ii) Any damage or loss of fan during taking down shall be reiumburshed by the contractor at own cost.

All as per item no.1 here in before but from height exceeding 4.0 mtr up to 6.0 mtr

M&L for opening of ceiling fan for checking/assesing nature and details for repair/overhauling/providing new lubricating, greasing in bearings and reassembling , commissioning and testing of fans and refixing the ceiling to the position by providing nuts , bolts, locking bolts, blade screws, split pin, PVC connector, washers up to height of 4.0 mtr complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note:- All major repair such as replacement of Bush/bearing/condensor etc shall be measured and paid seperetely under respective items

All as per item no.3 here in before but from height exceeding 4.0 mtr up to 6.0 mtr

S&F for ball bearing (No 6201/6202/6203) of approved make suitable for Ceing fans of 1200/1400mm sweep all as specified & directed by Eng in Charge

S&F in replacement of PVC insulated ,3core copper conductor,1100 Volt grade of 0.50 Sqmm complete all as specified.

M&L for removing burnt winding of ceiling fans stator of size 1200/1400mm sweep and rewinding of same with same size supper enamel copper winding wire , insulating paper , varnishing, connection wire of copper conductor of suitable size and testing complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note:- Before rewinding of ceiling fans , winding shall be got checked by Engineer in Charge. Old winding of fans shall be damaged/destroyed by the contractor in presence of rep of MES before taking out same for rewinding. Rewinded ceiling fans shall be tested for 24 Hrs continuous running with required RPM of ceiling fans and any defects observed shall be rectified by the contractor at own cost.

M&L for preparation of external old painted (fadded) by scraping , cleaning including blads of ceiling fans and providing one coat of white 1st quality synthetic enamel paint using brush or spray to have glossy finish and writting MES Number with Black Paint alloted to ceiling fans complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note:- MES Number shall be entered in MB.

Supply and fix in replacement of hanging clamps suitable for ceiling fans of size 1200/1400mm sweep of any make complete with nuts, bolts, rubber real and locking pin complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F in replacement of Gun Metal Bush suitabel for ceiling fans 1200/1400mm sweep complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F of Capacitor 2.5 mfd + 5% , 220/230 Volts , 50 C/s , ISI marked of approved make complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F of Capacitor 3.15 mfd + 5% , 220/230/415 Volts , 50 C/s , ISI marked of approved make complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F of PVC Canopy for 1200/1400 mm sweep of same shade / colour of ceiling fans , ISI marked of approved make complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F of down rod of suitable dia and exceeding 600mm to 750mm long for 1200/1400 mm sweep of same shade / colour of ceiling fans , ISI marked of approved make complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F of down rod of suitable dia and exceeding 900mm to 1200mm long for 1200/1400 mm sweep of same shade / colour of ceiling fans , ISI marked of approved make complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F of 40mm dia GI tubing , medium grade, ISI marked for hanging of ceiling fans , fixed to wall with PCC block 230x230x150mm in for grouting ends with 1:3:6 tybe C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, finished even and smooth complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&l for Fan Hook fabricted out of MS flate size 32x5mm suitably shaped to fixed ceiling fan with 40mm dia GI pipe all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for re-metalling of warnout shaft of fans motor of suitable size as per existing ceiling fans 1200/1400mm sweep and fixed complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge

M&L in replacement of electronic regulator (socket size), rotary , 5 speed step type , 120-230 Volt white finish , ISI marked of approved make complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F blade set of three blade fabricated out of alumnium, suitable for 1200 mm sweep of approved make all as specifed and directed by Engineer in Charge.

All as per item No. 20 here-in-before but for 1400 mm sweep ceiling fans.
