Dismantling brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of mud in roofs any thickness, including plastering and leeping plaster complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 80mm thick average consolidated thickness, mud phuska on flat roofs including 25mm thick mud plaster and 3 mm thick leeping plaster complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 40mm thick brick tiles laid on mud mortar and joints grouted flush in CM (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement on mud phuska complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Sl item No 4 but except brick tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Serviceable tiles obtained from sch item No 1 shall be re used in this item.

S&F in repairs 6mm thick multi wall clear/bronze/green/ blue polycarbonate sheet with EPDM rubber gasket, silicon sealants, cold forged fasteners etc on steel structure complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for the roof treatment by making the surface throughly wire brushed washed, dried up and cleaned of all forgein matter and dust and applying cement screed bed of 10mm thick 1:4 and over that applying one coat of primer on the dried plastered surafces of approved bitumens primer @ 0.25 to 0.30 ltrs per Sqm shall be applied over this primed surface the polymerized modified bituminus water proofing memberance with non woven polyster as reinfocement memberance with white gravel /mineral finished on upper side having weight @ 3 Kg/Sqm & minimum thickness 3mm shall be laid by torch application method with necessary overlapse and the overlap while torching shall be 100mm on length side & 100mm on width side of memberance as per the manufacture instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Work to be Carried out by authorised applicator as per manufacturer’s instructions.

Taking down of cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 15 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm thick cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 white cement : 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 8 to 10mm nominal size) in panels with aluminium beading groove (size of aluminium beading 10mmx10mm) all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, and colour (as per user direction) the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete all as specified.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight of curved on plan exceeding 6M mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete including demolition of brick work built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement as on brick work surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces in cement mortar 1:4 to brick/concrete wall surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of concrete surfaces as in ceilings fair and even complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for two coats of distemper oil emulsion to newly plastered wall surfaces including preparation of surface including chalk whiting on plaster surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plaster surface of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for two coats of cement based paint over a coat of white wash on new surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for tiling in dado, vertical surface 300x200x7mm thick glazed ceramic coloured tiles set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match coloured tile complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 25mm thick cement concrete flooring type B1, 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded aggregate finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for non skid joint free coloured printed ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.18 but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Non- skid joint free ceramic coloured printed tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:5:10 type E-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B2 using 40 mm graded aggregate of 100mm thick as in flooring laid in alternate bays including finishing the concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate finishing the concrete surface even and fair complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Use and waste form work to landing & chajjas including edges for rough finished surfaces of concrete flat complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for providing reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in chajjas and landing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F MS TMT bar of 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending etc complete & binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down eaves gutter or rain water pipes of (any size or pattern) including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan necks etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 2nd class hardwood plain solid straight chowkats and frames wrought framed, rebated on the solid, round or chamfered put together with glue pinned at joints supplied and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for pressed steel frame for doors size 125 x 60 mm with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
