Taking down chowkats or frame with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frames) exc 1.50 sqm but n. exc 4.00 Sqm each and removal from site all as specified

S&F aluminium glazed door with frame of size 100 x45x2mm comprising of shutter rails & stiles (top 75 x 44 x2mm, lock rail 105 x 44 x2mm & bottom rail of 200 x 44 x2mm) of standard extruded aluminium anodisied natural shade/powder coated satin finish sections, closing arrangements, handle for openable shutter and all joindery items required complete with 4.8 mm thick plain/tinted/itched glass, and prelaminated partical board 12mm thick interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination and other side white lamination packing with rubber gasket, aluminium beading etc around both sides for fixing of glass as required all as specified and directed.

Repair to aluminum door shutter, window, sliding windows,ventilator partition by replacing joining cleats glazing clips rubber packing andoised aluminum snap beading, screws etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge/GE. Note : Sheet glass, particle board will be measured and paid separately if provided at site..

M&L prelaminated particle board 12 mm thick,interrior grade,prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination and other side white lamination fixed with screw to timber/ aluminium frame with snap grid complete.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-22 mm thick over 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of sab including rubbing,grinding and polishing (mirror finish) complete including demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any descripition or thickness and laid , bedded on any morter in floor , apron etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-22 mm thick in riser/trends of steps(in Single piece), skirting, dado and pillars over 10 mm thick rendering in 1:3 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of sab including rubbing,griding and polishing mirror finish including demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any descripition or thickness and laid , bedded on any morter in floor , apron etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18-20 mm thick Granite Jet Black shade machine cut machine polished over Cills/steps/borders of tiles and like single piece, of width not exceedint 300mm (cut to size in rectangular/square shape) laid over and including 15 mm thick (average thickness) cement mortar 1:3 screed and bedded jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with grout of matching shade including rubbing and polishing (Granite finish) including demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any descripition or thickness and laid , bedded on any morter in floor , apron etc complete all as specified.

Rounding of / moulding to edges (half round) of stone of any description including rubbing and polishing (Granite finish), complete all as specified.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided complete all as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel work as in roof trusses/framing for roofing, purlins, framed work such as grills, gate, framed guard bars etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; barred iron doors;ladders; framed balusters; railings; and similar work conforming to Fe290,Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed

M&L Prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in wall, fixed with slef tapping screws all as specified including dismantling old AC sheets of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for false ceiling consisting of 600mmx600mm, 4mm thick ECO board as in ceiling fixed with screws as per manufacture instructions used as panel insert in a frame work made using powder coated aluminiu T-section of size 25mm x25mm havng thickness 1mm for cross and main runners in square pattern of grid sizes 600mm x600mm. The aluminium framework is supported from the ceiling with the help of 'J' hook and GI wire/6mm dia of required sizes to maintain proper level etc. The aluminium framework is supported on side wall/roof purlin with the use of aluminium L-section of size 25mm x25mm having thickness 1mm angle etc including dismantling of existing ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets any thickness, including cover fillets and GI frame for ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair aluminium (extruded section) body door closer hydraulically regulated designation No. 2, universal type suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000mm in width and weight between 36 to 60Kg and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 Sqm & n exc 2 Sqm Each complete all as specified and directed.
