Earth work excavation for foundation in all soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with an initial lead of 10 mts and initial lift of 2 mts. and clearing and levelling the site, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for pre-constructional Anti-Termite treatment with minimum 10 years guarantee in three stages as given below, creating a chemical barrier under and all around the column pits, wall trenches, basement excavation, top surface of plinth & along the external perimeter of the building, expansion joints, surrounding of pipe and conduits etc., complete with chlorophyrifos 20 emulsifiable concentrate in proportion 1:19 (1 part of chlorophyrifos 20EC and 19 parts of water). Cost shall include all material and labour, etc. (Plinth Area at Ground Floor level only shall be measured and paid for). Treatment shall be carried out only through specialised and approved agency.

Supplying and filling in foundation, basement, etc with filling M-sand in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One Cement, Four sand and eight hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete complying with standard specification

Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5: 3 (One cement one and half M sand and three broken Machine crushed stone jelly) using 20mm gauge hard broken granite jelly for all RCC works such as slabs, beams, footings, staircase waist slabs, steps, landing beams fins, boxing, vertical louver, drops, window sill slabs projection and other similar works including laying curing etc., complete

a) Upto Basement

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)

Supplying and erecting steel centering sides and soffits including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as column footings, column pedestals, plinth beams, grade beams, staircase steps, etc. which require only nominal strutting using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding, laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 75cm center to center or at suitable intervals, etc. complete in all floors complying with standard specification. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

b) Centering column footings, column pedestals, plinth beams, grade beams, staircase steps, etc.

c) For plane surfaces such as rectangular or square RCC columns, sunshades, top and bottom slab of RCCSlab, etc.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:4 (One Cement and Four Sand) 20mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to BIS at 2% by weight of cement used including finsihing, curing, etc., complete in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying ,fabricating and placing the arch type truss of required span using the MS hallow box section 80mm, 100mm, 150MM, 200MM, 300MM dia (4.396 kg/m) both rafter and tie and fixing the inner centre vertical stiffner bracings 65mm dia as per design drawing given by the depart mental officers including cutting the pipe required size with the aid of gas cutting machine and welding rigidly with aid of 10 guage electrode grinding smoothy and with 25 x 6 mm flat and labour for fabrication and prtty iron works and fixing the purlin cleat etc conveying the materials to the site and erecting and finally painting two coats of SEP over primer etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

Supplying , fabricating , Erection and fixing in position of Zipline including all Necessary materials required for safe Running ,transporation,labour charges and Testing ,commissioning etc., complete complying.

Supplying and laying of " Ramco" brand "Greencor" Non Asbestos Cement Sevencor Fully-Corrugated Roofing Sheets 6mm thick, 1.05 M width as per IS 14871 2000 (HSN : 6811 8100 )of approved quality for roofing with necessary U or J bolts and unts bitumen GI washers etc., complete complying with standard specification. Supplying and fixing of BARGE BOARD - FC6/8 GREEN COLOUR BOTTOM PRIMEREDetc. complete as directed by the departmental officers .
