Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in beams joists channels , angles , tee , flats with connecting plates or angle cleats as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins connected to common rafters and the like including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.The rate includes sale tax octori, royality,malkhana ,toll tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing pre painted steel sheet made of Tata Durashine in roofing over all steel trusses with hot applied metallic zinc coated Kolar Metal or its equivalent pre painted single skin trapezoidal profile sheeting 0.60mm (zero point six zero millimeter) thickness having 1060 mm (one thousand sixty millimeter) cover width, overall width 1126mm (one thousand one hundred twenty six millimetres), 28mm (twenty eight millimetres) crest depth at 353+2mm (three hundred fifty three plus two millimeter) centre to centre crest distance, having two ribs at the centre for stiffening having crest depth of 2.5mm (two point five millimeter). The main crest width at top of 25mm (twenty five millimeter) and at lower 81mm (eighty one millimeter) base metal of cold rolled steel coil with zinc coating. Top coating with regular modified polyester (RMP) organic coating of 20 (twenty) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating of polyester to back coat of 5 (five) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating including fixing with self tapping screws 5.5mm (five point five millimeter) dia and 5.5cm (five point five centimeter) length with as required with EPDM seal complete as per HPPWD specifications or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, up to all floor level height including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials and as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .The rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government. .

Providing and fixing ridges or hiops 60cm(sixty centimetre) overall with 0.60mm (zero point sixty millimeter)thick prepainted sheet Tata Durashine made in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of 20(twenty ) microns over 5(five) microns primer coating + back coat of polyster of 5(five) microns over 5(five) microns primer coating including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm(six millimeter) dia meter & prepainted G.I. limpet & bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials and as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .The rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government. .
