Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation , laying of pipe line etc and getting out in Soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mts and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8, type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

M & L for dry sand cushioning to underground cables in trenches including spreding ,levelling, hand punning and consolidating complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned thickness shall be considered for measurement purpose

Supply & Laying well klin burnt brick of size 23cmx11.5cmx 8cm , laid breadth wise along the length of cable laid in trenches over sand cushion laid for UG cable protection, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for attending water supply complaints such as water leakage from CI/DI pipe line of 80 mm to 200 mm dia pipe carefully after discon-nection of joints to a length up to 8 mtr and create bund with excavated earth and dewatering / bailing out water complete with diesel engine driven pump set and positioning the pipe line after repairs in civil and defence areas and various locations by exavating in any type of soil, check the nature of defects for leakages and rectification work to be carried out by replacing requisite materials, testing complete on completion of work & then returning filling the soil including disposal of surplus soil if any as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (i) CI/DI pipe of size 80 mm to 200 mm and necessary fittings required for rectification of work will be measured and paid under relevant items. (ii) Necessary permission from civil authorities, local bodies and liaison with these authorities should be considered prior to execution of work (iii) Necessary excavation & earthwork ,Bailing out of water by pumping set ,necessary barricade, diversion boards and necessary safety sings, procedures to be adopted wherever work is in progress without any extra cost.(iv) The breakdown shall be attended within 4 Hrs of intimation round the clock and time of restoration shall be maximum of 8 Hours. The additional manpower required to complete the job shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost to Govt.

Dismantling of existing any type & any capacity water storage tank fixed in any description and stacking at site and S&F new 10000 litres capacity (white colour) rotational moulded polythene water storage tank, (cylindrical vertical with close top) triple layer colour white both inside and outside with top cover including PVC float valve high pressure suitable for 40 mm bore of pipe with polythene float, fixture hoisted and fixed in position where ordered and making necessary connection and testing complete all as directed.

Taking down old 20 mm bore GI tubing and connection including cleaning for re-fixing stacking at site where directed complete all as directed.

M & L for dismantling of motor of 20 HP to 30 HP capacities pumpset from installed position in any area as ordered after disconnecting the coupling and electric connections and transporting the motor to the work shop, strip opening of the motor complete incl dismanlting stator, rotor assembly and cleaning the complete assemblies by taking out perished glass sleeve of connecting leads from common termination to terminal block,and washing with carbon tetra chloride, decarbonising and cleaning the rotor with CTC solution.Replacing the glass sleeve of connecting leads from common termination to terminal block, binding the loose coils with binding cloth, varnishing the coils complete and applyng bectol on the excitor coils, stator coils and heating complete, reassembling the unit and testing with megger for insualtion value and re-assembling, aligning with pump, re-inserting shims where necessary, refixing with coupling, tightening with torque wrench to required level, complet painting of motor /pump re-connecting the electric cable etc and check for drawing current testing, commissioning etc all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for dismantling the pump of 20 HP to 30 HP capacity, checking the worn out parts like impeller, shaft, stuffing box, shaft sleeve using Micrometer and transporting to workshop for repairs, check for condition of bearings, removing scales from impeller and pump housing, building the worn out metal of transmission shaft to required level, machining to the required size on lathe machine, grinding and finishing to match the sleeve, and fixing into the housing, re-assembling, transport back to the installation, installing in position, check for alignment with dial gauge, inserting shims where necessary, refixing with coupling, tightening with torque wrench to required level, re-connecting the flanged pipe connections of suction/ delivery including replacement of rubber insertion, complet painting of motor /pump etc complete, all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.NOTE :- Spares will be measured and paid separately under relevant schedule.

Testing of sewage effluent at the (inlet of raw sewage sump and equalization tank and out let of chlorine mixing tank) sampling and analysis to be carried out by NABL accredited authorized LAB per IS - 3025 for essential parameters such as BOD/COD Note: Sample of raw sewage & post treatment sewage water to be collected by contractor in presence of rep of accepting offrs and submitted result of the test.

Repair/dechoking of choked sewage lines at sewage treatement plant with the aid of clearing rod,Brush and heavy duty submersible pump of any Cap and testing the entire STP sewage line for choking for minimum period of 8 Hours and rectifying the defects noticed all as per directed and specified by Eng-in-Charge.(Work includes dismantling of any elbow,sluice valve and pipe line if found necessary for dechoking of pipe line and also assembling the same complete and necessary Items,dewatering of sewage ,cleaning etc)

M&L for replacement of existing of high quality Mild steel mesh for raw sewage well of suitable size as required and specified by Engr-in-Charge

Repairs to leakage with antitoxic chamical solvent to stop water leakage ( of approval company i.e pidilite after removing by mechanically scarifying the the surface for receiving the epoxy.
