Dismantling of PHE's rear end pressure plate and it's Tie Bars one by one by loosening and removing of rusted bearing and bearing housing, nuts after applying rust removers without damaging the thread portion and bearings and removing of existing end fasteners by gas cutting. (TG PHE 2B, SG PHE 2D & 2E)

Temporarily arresting the sagged PHE Titanium plates bundles by binding with the front frame plate to avoid sliding of PHE plate bundles from the deformed bottom lower carrying bar, removing of PHE Titanium plates (360 nos) from the Lower Carrying bar and mobilising to the near by safe location and arranging on one over other in a flat plane surface to avoid bends formation in the titanium plates. (TG PHE 2B, SG PHE 2D & 2E)

Providing temporary supports for front frame plate, dismantling of existing damaged lower carrying bar by removing of existing rusted and jammed end fasterners by gas cutting and removing from the rear end block and front frame plate.(TG PHE 2B, SG PHE 2D & 2E)

Fabrication of new Lower carrying bar in a box shape by gas cutting of new end cover plate to connect the lower carrying bar I-beam's flanges at both sides, welding for entire length in a longitudinal way and welding end closer at both ends. (TG PHE 2B, SG PHE 2D & 2E)

Providing required holes by drilling in front and rear closer plates of new Lower carrying bar, Fabrication new SS Cladding over the PHE titanium plates guiding surface of the entire length at top & side portion by cutting and welding the cladding sheet for the required length and erection of new Lower carrying bar in position by providing new fastners at front frame plate and end rear block. (TG PHE 2B, SG PHE 2D & 2E)

Shifting of PHE titanium Plates one by one from near by stored loction to PHE and incerting the plates in to upper carring bar and lower carrying bar, refixing of pealed of gaskets by applying adhesive, sliding the titanium Plates towardes the front frame plate in both Upper & Lower Carrying bars and reassembling tie bars and assembling the complete set of titanium plates in position upto (200 to 400) Plates.(TG PHE 2B, SG PHE 2D & 2E)

Dismantlling of existing damaged upper carrying bar by removing the bolts by gouging and PHE plates to be moved from the structure towards the front side of the PHE safely by proper welding support at the front side. (TG PHE 2B, SG PHE 2D & 2E)

Fabrication and erection of new Upper Carrying bar for the required length by cutting, drillling holes and provide support plate at both the end of the upper carring bar and providing SS Cladding sheet at the bottom of the upper carrying bar and web portion by cutting the cladding sheet for the required length. (TG PHE 2B, SG PHE 2D & 2E)

Pasting the end plate gasket and channel plate gasket in the respective Titanium plates. (TG PHE 2A, 2B, 2C & SG PHE 2D, 2E)

Mechanical cleaning of Tie rod of size M36 X 2800MM & M36 X 2300MM in TG & SG PHE.
