Providing PCC 1:4:8 mix using 40 mm HB stone for foundation concrete as directed by the department engineer at site, including Shuttering charges, cost of all materials, curing, lead and lift etc., complete

Providing PCC 1:1.5:3 mix using 20 to 12mm HB stone for flooring concrete as directed by the department engineer at site, including Shuttering charges, cost of all materials, curing, lead and lift etc., complete

Transporting, fabrication and erection of MS structural steel supports of rafters, purlins, MS hollow rectangular sections of various sizes such as 75x75x6mm , 50x50x6mm plates etc., including cost of transporting charges, Welding rods, fabrication, erection charges, hire charges of welding machine charges for T&P, cost of all consumables, all labour charges, lead, lift etc., complete and as and as directed by the department engineer at site.

Transporting and fixing of colour coated metal roofing sheet of 0.47mm thick over MS structural steel frame with necessary screws for fixing as directed by the department Engineer at site including cost of all materials cost of colour coated sheet, labour charges, scaffolding charges, safety appliances, lead, lift, etc, complete.

Supplying and filling of excavated earth to a required depth including watering and compaction and consolidation as directed by the engineer incharge at site including cost of all materials lead lift labour charge etc., complete.

Painting two coats with enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer of good and standard approved quality to the steel work including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Providing Brick work in CM 1:4 using chamber burnt class II bricks of size 9"x43/8"x23/4" as directed by the Engineer incharge including cost of all materials, labour charges, curing, lead, lift, disposing of debris, all T&P's, etc., complete.

Plastering in CM 1:5, 12mm thick for outer wall surfaces in all floors as directed by the Engineer at site including cost of all materials, labour charges, curing, lead, lift,etc., complete.
