Dismantling of old stone slabs, tiles, roof tiles of any description or thickness laid, bedded & pointed in any mortar.

M&L for providing PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in padding/ levelling course over roof slab mixed with liquid water proofing admixture as per manufacture's instruction complete all as specified and as directed. Note : LWPA shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing admixture as per manufacture's instruction complete all as specified and as directed. Note : LWPA shall be measured and paid separately.

Material & labour for water proofing treatment with APP modified prefabricated five layer water proofing membrane, not less than 3mm thick and weighing not less than 3.80 Kg/ Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester matt black finished over compatible primer at 0.3 litre/Sqm, touching the membrane on whole surface uniformly while unrolling the membrane by LPG and sealed with trowel after necessary preparation of surface complete all as per manufactures instructions and finally finished with a coat of bit mastic aluminium paint over the membrane. The over lap joint shall be provided of 75mm in longitudinal direction and 100mm in transverse direction respectively. All the angles, abutments and the drainage outlets shall be sealed with extra care to ensure full bondage complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for removing and cleaning of existing crumple section and filling the joints and sealed with WAPSEAL PS (Polysulphide) sealant. Make : WAPSEAL PS (Polysulphide), Pidiseal 41G or Equivalent. Note : The work to be carried out by authorised applicator.

M&L for Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 all as directed.

Dismantling water tanks of exc 500 ltr and n exc 1000 ltr capacity and removing.

S&F triple layered rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) 1000 ltrs capacity of white colour including all necessary fittings/ accessories with lid and proper locking arrangements incl hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I

S&F in repairs 15mm bore steel tubes medium grade galvanised with all fittings / fixtures complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors.

S&F in repairs 20mm bore steel tubes medium grade galvanised with all fittings / fixtures complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors.

S&F in repairs 25mm bore steel tubes medium grade galvanised with all fittings / fixtures complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors.

S&F in repairs ball valves 25mm high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high-density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 25mm-455gms)

S&F in repairs 25mm Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe

Taking down cement plaster of any description incl raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:3 on fair faces of concrete surfaces over setting coat 5mm thick in CM 1:2 as in ceiling surfaces and finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparing of new plaster surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on wall surfaces.

M&L for Preparing of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coat white wash all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/ dense soil.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete.

M&L for brickwork with fly ash old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including form work all as directed.

Returning, filling in using excavated soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm

Removing excavated surplus materials to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required incl cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and incl mild steel wire annealed, not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in drain cover slabs with 40mm dia holes made in the cover slabs to drain run off set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in as in haunching concrete for RCC hume pipe.

M&L for Reinforced concrete hume pipes 450mm bore, class NP-3 laid and jointed complete.

Extra for forming fair finished drain channel 45 cm girth on cement concrete surface using extra cement including forms moulds, mitred stopped ends etc.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement.
