Providing and laying of 50mm thick cement concerete flooring in cement sand mortar 1:2:4 mix (1-cement; 2-coarse sand; 4-stone agg.) with 20mm nominal size stone agg.finished with a floating coat of neat cement, hire & running charges of machinery etc, incl. cement slury curring, cost of all materail complete job.
Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excl.centering, shuttering 1:3:6 mix (1-cement; 3-sand; 6 stone agg.) 20mm nominal size. Including curring hire and running charges of machniery, cost of all materail complete job.
Providing and fixing of antiskid ceramic glazed floor tiles 300x300mm( thickness to be specified by the manafactures) of 1st quality conforming to IS-15622 of NITCO, ORIENT, SOMANY, KAJARIA or equvilant make in color such as white, ivory, grey, fumed red, brown laid on 20mm thick bed of cement mortor 1:4 (1-cement; 4 coarse sand) incl.pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments incl. cost of all materail complet job.
Providing and laying polished granite stone flooring in required design and pattern inlinear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18mm thick stone slab over 20mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1-cement; 4-coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry,and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade incl.rubbing,qurring & polishing etc all complete as specified and as directed by Engineer I/C. polishied granite stone slab jet black,cherry red,elite brown,cateye or equilvant.
Providing of double edge moulding (18mm each) fixed with epoxy adhesive on edges of grainte (stairs) incl.rubbing & polishing edges to edges to give high gloss finish complete including 5mm thik strip.
15mm thick cement plaster on extrerior walls on rough side of single or half brick walls in 1:6 mix (1-cement 6 fine sand) incl.scaffolding charges, curing & cost of all materail involved complete job.
Extra for plastering on exterior walls of height more than 10 meters from ground level for every additonal height of 3 meters or part thereof.
