Supply and fixing factory made uPVC white colour fixed glazed ventilator made of frame 47 x 50 mm mullion 47 x 68 mm both having wall thickness of 1.9 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead of appropriate dimension (Area upto 0.75 sqm.) comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, G.I. fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, including Glass- 5mm thick tinted or figured glass pin head type complete all as specified and as directed.

Note :- (i) Liquid Water Proof Compound shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under respective item of BOQ. (ii) The labour element of mixing of Liquid Water Proof Compound is included in this item.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick bedding layer (screed bed for tiles) in cement mortar (1:4) in grey cement including mixing of liquid WPC in mortar @ as per manufacturer instruction per bag of cement of 50kg, and finish the surface even and fair/rough to receive the tile complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Liquid Water Proof Compound shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under respective item of BOQ. Material and labour for providing Anti-skid vitrified tiles, matte finish, coloured tiles (approved shade), area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, having thickness not less than 7mm, premium quality having water absorption should be between 3% to 6%, straight edge, stain free, glossy finish, laid as in floors, set and jointed using type-2 adhesive (thin bed) confirming to IS-15477:2019, fixed the tile using spacer 3mm or as per manufacturer’s instruction and joint filled with epoxy grout matching with the colour of tiles including necessary cutting as per site requirement, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Screed bed shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ

No leakage upto five bars of water pressure. Shore hardness >70 shall be 2.00mm (overall) DFT (Dry film thickness), In two or more layers (each layer minimum 750 micron) or as per manufacturer’s instructions so as to achieve thickness not less than 2.00mm DFT complete all as specified and as directed. Cleaning all existing reinforcement bars in Columns/Beams, Ceiling, Chajja, Fascia, Fins, Drops and similar items with wire brush/rotary wire brush to make entire circumference surface of bars free from rust scales, loose material, dirt etc., complete and applying alkaline rust converting primer on the existing rebar and allowing it to react with rust for 6 hrs and form a corrosion resistant, insoluble and adherent protective layer including cleaning the reinforcement, wire brushing to remove the rust spalls, complete as per manufacturers instructions, complete all as specified and as directed. Providing and application of Zinc rich epoxy anti-corrosive protective coating for reinforcement bars as corrosion protection system in 2 coats to the entire circumference surface of bars (consumption Qty as per manufacturers instructions but min 0.4 kg/Sqm approx) in Columns/Beams, Ceiling, Chajja, Fascia, Fins, Drops and similar items, The product should confirm carbonation resistance of 2 mm and bond strength > 1N/sqmm according to ASTM C 882-78 complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Mode of measurement: per sqm of application area of concrete. Material and Labour for Rebuilding the section of damaged RCC elements to its original size in thickness upto 100mm by providing and casting with ready to use non shrink, cementitious free flow micro-concrete having compressive strength > 60 N/sqmm (28 days) according to ASTM C 1107-99, including mixing, placing and leveling the surface by grinding off cementitious slurry or cementitious joints differences if any and curing including providing and fixing of water tight foam faced finish shuttering of minimum 18mm thickness and supporting formwork, all lead fit, de-shuttering, including all required scaffolding/ladders complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Mode of measurement: per Cum of micro concrete. Material and labour for water proofing treatment to RCC sunken slab and adjoining vertical slab as described following any one method complete all as specified and as directed.

Method 1 (A) Supplying and applying two component elastomeric acrylic polymer modified cementitious waterproofing coating, Smart Care Damp proof 2K, having 100% elongation as per ASTM D412, resisting 5 bars hydrostatic pressure as per DIN 1048, reduction to rapid chloride shall be 70 as per DIN 1048, crack bridging upto 1.2mm as per ASTM 4548.5 Clean all working surface & made free from dirt, grease laitance etc. After inspection for all working area rough surface, cracks & construction joint are treated by polymer modified mortar of 1:1:4 (1 Cement : 1Polymer : 4 Sand). Making Gola of size 75x75mm at junction of vertical & horizontal with the polymer modified mortar of 1:1:4 (1 Cement : 1 Polymer : 4 Sand). The mixing ratio of the coating shall be 2 parts of powder & 1 part of liquid without any water addition in the mixing and shall have consumption of 1.5kg/sqm per coats, etc, complete as per manufactures specifications. (B) Bore Packing: All the borehole gaps between concrete surface and PVC pipe of various dia upto the neck level shall be filled with non-shrink free flow grout – Smart Care GP Grout having dual shrinkage compensation property. Before the bore packing, surface of the PVC pie and concrete surface will be made rough and sand will be sprinkled with polymer bonding agent. (C) Apply12-15mm plaster on slab and vertical surface admixed with Smart Care Vitalia Neo @200ml per bag of cement before treatment. (D) 40 mm dia HDPE pipe to be provided as spout pipe in sunken portion.

Method 2 (A) Supplying and applying two component cementitious & acrylic flexible water proofing & protective coating, two coats with 1mm DFT, having Hydrostatic (positive) water pressure resistance (DIN 1048) is 7. Abrasion resistance, cm/km is 0.09 of Dr Fixit Pidifin 2k @ 1.5kg/sqm with a paint brush over existing slab surface and adjoining vertical surface. The Polyester reinforced coated net of 45g/sqm, 2.5mmx2.5mm is laying on the surface immediately on the first coat of two component modified polymer Dr Fixit pidifin 2k. After removal of all lose materials like dust etc. with wire brush coir brushes from surface to get absolutely cleaned surface free of foreign contaminant filling of crack and patches with polymer based mortar/micro concrete, after that making the gola on surrounding wall’s junction and seal the vertical walls. In case of core cutting on the surface, the joint is seal with non-shrink grout. (B) The coating shall be terminated at 1600mm in toilet/2100mm in bathroom on vertical walls. (C) Apply12-15mm water proof plaster on slab and vertical surface admixed with Dr Fixit pidiproof LW+ @200ml per bag of cement before treatment. (D) 40 mm dia HDPE pipe to be provided as spout pipe in sunken portion.

Material and labour for water proofing treatment to walls surfaces (above sunken) of toilets/baths (1600mm in toilet and 2100mm in bathroom on vertical wall surface) with following applications complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge :- (a) Applying first coat of chemical pidifin 2K (Dr Fixit) on cleaned surfaces @ 0.86 Kg/Sqm (Minimum) and drying for 24 Hours (b) Applying second coat of chemical Pidifin 2K (Dr Fixit) @ 0.86 Kg/Sqm (minimum) over first coat Make : Dr fixit or Techno commercial equivalent in make mentioned in Appx 'B' approved by CWE

NOTE FOR CPVC/GI PIPES : (i) Pipes inside the buildings shall be fixed concealed and outside the buildings shall be fixed on the surface along wall with clamps/brackets keeping 100mm away from wall. (ii) Bracket, clamp, nut bolt, fastener, slotted channel etc shall be measured & paid separately under relevant item of BOQ. (iii) Where concealed pipe laying in new location (other than taking out old pipe location) then cutting chases in wall shall be measured & paid separately under relevant item of BOQ.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to and including GI earthing wire 4 mm dia by means of GI bolts/nuts/washers and protected by 15 mm bore GI medium grade pipe upto test point or upto main switch board, fixing with 02 Nos nuts and bolts. Material and labour for boring of holes (trenchless horizontel hole) under road pavement, hard standing or any other situation by using trenchless boring machine/mechanically or by manual manpower suitable for for accommodate/inserting pipe upto 100mm bore in the drilled holes, including excavation, returning filling in the end working space including removal of surplus soil and making good the surface complete all as specified and as directed. Note ; (i) Only length of the road/hard standing/Pavement will be measured for payment and cost for excavation, returning filling and making good at both side of bore shall deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate nothing extra shall be paid on this account. Supply, fixing, commissioning & testing air cooled heat pump of capacity 300 litre with HP rated heating capacity 3.6 KW having electrical backup of 6 KW having inbuilt storage tank of capacity 300 ltr with blue diamond coating & glass lining water temperature in efficiency mode using compressor should be 65°C. The heat pump shall be operable on 230 volt, 50 Hz AC power supply. Heat pump should have all the safety precautions like high/low voltage, high temperature, refrigerant leak compressor, overheating protection with operational noise level not more than 60 dbA. Heat pump should have a user-friendly control panel to sett the desired temperature showcasing the actual temperature also with flexibility of installing the same 15-30 mtr away from the heat pump also including suitable pressure booster pump and hot water recirculation pump of suitable capacity, including Necessary fixing arrangement with MS framed work for fixing of heat pump, pressure booster pump and hot water recirculation pump, in built hot water tank, on wall/roof as per manufacturers instructions and including painting with synthetic enamel paint 2 coat over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Making power connection from the DB to pump (sub main wiring) and cold water tank shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ. (ii) Cost of MS work for fixing arrangement/staging shall deemed to be included in the unit rate.
