Supply of following size airfield cable 5KV grade PVC insulated & PVC sheathed standard copper conductor single core Airportlighting cable confirming IS 1554 (Part-1) with up to date amendment as reqd. Confirming to particular specification etc. as reqd. a) 16 Sqmm

Supply of Bi- directional Elevated Type High Intensity AMA AUN Runway Light Hallogen Fittings suitable for use with 200W, 6.6A halogen lamp complete with all accessories including lamps and lenses and filters,lens holder, lens clamping mechanism, pre-focus lamp holder, central column assembly, breakable coupling , gaskets, two pin secondary leads, base plate wilth 6 Nos. stainless steel bolts, spring and plain washers and other accessories conforming to ICAO specifications and particular specifications, complete as required.

Supply of elevated blue color, omni directional LED type taxiway edge light fitting for Apron Edges, Taxiway edge suitable for 2.8 Amps to 6.6 Amps series Circuit (CCR supply ) complete with LED lamp, 360 optical glass lens. Electrical kit, breakable coupling/gasket, two pin secondary leads, base plate with stainless steel bolts, springs plain washers complete with all accessories and confirming to latest ICAO specification and perticular specification, complete as required.

Supply of Bi-directional inset runway edge light fitting for runway edge application surface for use in 6.6A airfield lighting circuit normally supplied from 200 W isolating transformer and Halogen light complete with gasket suitable housing, shallow base bottom entry and other accessories complete in all respect as required and confirming to latest ICAO specification and perticular specification, complete as required.

Supply of transformer housing box water tight round type metal container of outside dia 330 mm and 450 mm height made of 10 mm thick all round execpt in top surface which is 15 mm thick C. I. moulding and suitable to receive a light base plate on the top and underground housing associated with transformer, power cable and having clear hole at one side center 3" above bottom surface suitable to receive 2" G. I. pipe and check nut having an earth bolt of 10 mm X 30 mm welded inside near the hole (4" away from the hole centre) and having a drain hole suitably taped to receive 1/2" G. I. pipe and having a clear opening of 220 mm dia at the top and 6 nos, M-10 taped holes at hole center of 260 mm to recieve fittings base plate and bolts as required as per specification.

Supply and fixing of 200W, 20/6.6Amps, 5KV individual lamp series to series type isolating transformer encapsulated in polyester resin finally molded in neoprene rubber as specified in the particular and specifications complete as required

Supply and fixing of 45W, 20/6.6Amps, 5KV individual lamp series to series type isolating transformer encapsulated in polyester resin finally molded in neoprene rubber as specified in the particular and specifications complete as required

Supply of 5KV grade plug & receptacle of type-1 class B connector & suitable field attachment suitable for following size 5KV grade PVC insulated PVC sheathed single core of 16 sq.mm size copper conductor cable as required and confirming to the specifications a) 16 Sqmm

Supply of the following 180° filters for AMA AUN Runway Fittings as required a) Yellow

c) Green

SH II: Laying of cable, G.I.wire & Earthing etc.,

Laying of one number PILC/PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of grade exceeding 1.1KV but not exceeding 11KV of size not exceeding 120sq.mm. direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench as reqd.

Laying of one no additional PILC/PVC insulated and PVC sheathed power cable of grade exceeding 1.1KV but not exceeding 11KV of size not exceeding 120sq.mm. direct in ground in the same trench in one tier horizontal formation I/C excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering & refilling the trench.

Laying of one no PILC/PVC insulated and PVC sheathed /XLPE power cable of grade exceeding 1.1KV but not exceeding 11KV of size not exceeding 120 sq.mm. in the existing HDPE/RCC/ Hume/ stone ware/ GI pipe. etc as reqd.

Laying of one no PILC/PVC insulated and PVC sheathed power cable of grade exceeding 1.1KV but not exceeding 11KV of size not exceeding 120 sq.mm. in the existing masanory open duct etc. as reqd.

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required. a) 63mm dia (OD- 63mm & ID-51mm nominal)

Installation of HIRL/MIRL fittings on CI box and making field connections by crimping 16 sqmm plug and receptacle with existing 16sqmm single core PVC cu conductor cable along with lighting fittings and isolating transformer including filling the gap with water sealant material applying PVC insulation tape etc complete as required.

Supply of 2 x 2.5 sq.mm copper conductor, PVC insulated wound cable with moulded male/female connectors suitable for two pin AFL

Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Inset type runway edge light fitting including cutting the bitumins/concreted/taxiway/runway/shoulder by cutting with machine tools for required size of core fixing the inset fitting base with suitable compound etc. as required as per site requirements as instructed by E-I-C

Providing , Laying & fixing of 50mm dia GI pipe (Medium Class) in ground complete with GI fittings including trenching (75 cm deep) and refilling etc as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and laying earth connections from earth electrode with 6 SWG in 15mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode as reqd.

Supply and laying 6 SWG G.I wire to run along with Airfield cable and terminated with CI box as required.

Installation of Transformer Housing box with a base concrete of 1:3:6 of size 620 x 630 x 100mm thick all -around concrete 1:2:4 150mm thick. The top sloped with 1:2:4 cement concrete including providing and fixing 10" long 1/2". Dia "B" class GI pipe etc at bottom complete as required

Supply and installation of 8mm MS cover plate duly painted in AVIATION yellow colour for CI box closing with Gasket and 6 nos SS bolt.
