GEOTECHNICAL AND TOPOGRAPHICAL INVESTIGATION AND CONDITION ASSESSMENT FOR PROPOSED NEW RCC CREEK BRIDGE FOR RCF THAL.

1)Mobilization of Boats/Pontoon of required capacity etc to the site of work dismantling and removing away from site after job completion including loading, unloading etc complete in all respects.

2) Mobilization and demobilization of required pile rig with necessary equipment and entire accessories etc to the site of work

3) i)Drilling in all type of Soil ( upto SPT N = Refusal), ii)Drilling in all type of Weathered Rock, Rock (From SPT N=Refusal), iii)Internal shifting of Drilling machine from Borehole to Borehole location, iv)Conducting SPT/ UDS at given intervals (Three samples per borehole or One sample at every 1.5m interval whichever is maximum) , v)Conduction GSA test on Soil Samples, vi)Conduction Hydrometer test on Soil Samples, vii)Conducting Liquid Limit Test on Soil Sample, viii)Conducting Plastic Limit Test on Soil Sample, ix)Conducting Shrinkage Limit Test on Soil Sample, x)Conducting Specific GravityTest on Soil Sample, xi)Conducting Triaxial Test on Soil Sample, xii)Conducting NMC Test on Soil Sample, xiii)UCS of Soil Sample, xiv)Dry Density and Bulk Density of Soil, xv)Conducting Laboratory Test on Rock Samples -(a) Dry Density, b) Specific Gravity, c) Water absorption, d)Porosity, e) Saturated crushing Strength /Point Load) and Submission of geotechnical report including results of all field and laboratory tests, foundation recommendations, Providing tin/metal core boxes for proper stacking of bore logs. (Note:Per borehole minimum 3 samples of Rock for lab testing)

4)Drilling Below 10 meter

5)Topographical survey with hard and soft copy of contour map and reduced levels with L sections for approximate area of 60m X 20m as mentioned in the scope.
