Construction of underground Cabling system from Chandanwari to Sheeshnag

Supply of 1 core 120 mmsqr XLPE(E) , FRLS, 11kV Aluminium conductor armoured cables suitable for working voltage upto 11000 volts ,stranded,compact circular aluminum conductor, conductor screened with extruded semiconducting compound XLPE insulated, insulation screened with extruded semi conducting compound dry cured(Nitrogen gas cooled) from triple extrusion through common triple cross head (single point triple extrusion) in combination with copper tape cores laid up, Filler inner sheathed, galvanized steel strip armored and overall PVC sheathed black colour cable conforming to IS:7098 (Part II/1985) with latest amendments and as per specification detailed. The cable should satisfactorily operate between the temperature range of Minus 20 Degree Centigrade to 50 Degree Centigrade ( –20 °C to 50 °C ).

LAYING /testing /commissioning of 11kV POWER CABLES _Main(1 core 120 mm square ) : Laying ,testing and commissioning of under ground cable in cable trenches 900mm below ground level,650 mm wide covered with sand(8 cms below the cable and 10 cms above the cable) Or As directed by the Engineer Incharge , & RC.C covers of 300 mm (Width) X 300 mm (Length) X 60 mm (Thickness)(excluding cost of RCC Cover), for covering under ground cable suitablly as per requirement for mechanical protection to the cable,including necessary connections, digging in extremely rocky soil & refilling with riddled soil,warning tape etc. including primary compaction of trenches for 1 core 120 mmsqr XLPE(E) , FRLS, 11kV Aluminium conductor armoured cables suitable for working voltage upto 11000 volts including proper dressing of the cable in an approved manner complete as required & as per specifications. Complete Job as per IS standards. Four cables to be laid in the cable trench. Trench length is approxiamately 12 Kms.(Interaxial spacing between cables be maintained @150 mm and spacing 150 mm from trench wall as per IS 1255.

11kV POWER CABLES _ Through HDPE PIPE 90 mm (1 core 120 mm square ) : Laying, testing & commissioning of cable as per item No. 1 including all accessossories required for sucessful installation . Including the cost of HDPE Pipe,collors and other accessories

Cable Termination _ Indoor/outdoor Type for (1 core 120 mm square ): Supply ,Erection & commissioning of heat shrinkable type indoor termination along with necessary accessories to accommodate 11kV XLPE(E) aluminium cable listed at 1.01 , complete with all kit contents including earth continuity connection along with 3 nos. crimpling type aluminium lugs / thimbles of suitable capacity including making joints etc. in an approved manner complete as required & as per specifications.

Straight Through Joints for 1 core 120 mm square : Supply ,Erection & commissioning of heat shrinkable type suitable for H.T Cable straight through joints along with boots (SILCAB-T) to accommodate following sizes of 11kV XLPE(E) aluminium cable , listed at 1.01 , complete with all kit contents including earth continuity connection along with 3 nos. crimpling type aluminium lugs / thimbles of suitable capacity including making joints etc.in an approved manner complete as required & as per specifications.

Supply,installation,testing and commissioning of Earthing : Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 3 metre long, 40 mm dia through GI strip 25X3 mm . Complete job as per REC/IS standards

Brick Masonary Chamber : Construction of brick masonry chamber 900x900x1050mm. inside, in brick work in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including C.I. cover with frame (light duty) 455x610 mm internal dimensions, total weight of cover & frame to be not less than 38 kg (weight of cover 23kg & weight of frame 15 kg) & RCC top slab 1:2:4 mix (1 cement :2 coarse sand& : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ), i/c necessary excavation, foundation concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 fine sand& : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) & inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand&) 12 mm thick, finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular ) bricks of class designation 7.5

Supplying & making cable route marker with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) of size 60 cm X 60 cm at the bottom & 50 cm X 50 cm at the top with a thickness of 10cm including inscription duly engraved as required.

Supply and fixing of Warning Tape for HT Cable , as per standards
