RequiredThe tenderer should produce Last Three years Satisfactory work done Certificate for Raising and Maintenance of Plantation and Maintenance of Nursery Which is issued by officer not below the rank of Deputy Conservator of Forests Forestry Division

RequiredTo Qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer should be registered in the Office of the Forest department of any division for the year 2026-27.

RequiredGST registration certificate ADHAR CARD, PAN CAR Upload all other documents as in tender document

RequiredThe annual turnover of the tenderer should be above Rs.50.00 Lakhs which is certified by Deputy Conservator of Forest is to be submitted for similar works for last 3 Years i.e 2023-24 to 2025-26

RequiredSatisfactorily completed at least 50 percent of this contract, as a prime contractor for similar works such as tender applied works of value not less than Rs.50percent of the tender applied works.

Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.
