Waterproofing work at CBPK,VDSA, VSWA, KGWA and BRCS Underground Metro Stations Including Tunnel Section

Minimum financial turnover (civil engineering construction works) not less than two times the annual payments from this contract (Rs. xxxxx Lakhs)

Satisfactoriy completed (atleast 90%) as prime contractor at-least one such similar work of value not less than Rs. xxxxxxx (80% of estimated cost of tender)

Executed in any one year the following minimum quantities of work (Cement Concrete - xxxx cum, Earthwork - xxxx cum, etc) (80% of peak rate of construction)

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Owning the following key and critical equipment for this work (xxxx, xxxx, xxxx)

Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs. xxxxxx Lakhs (estimated cash flow for 3 months of peak construction period)

Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise)

List of existing commitments and ongoing works

List of works for which tenders already submitted

Banker Details for reference

Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditor’s reports for the last five years

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

List of Financial Resources with Certificates

Executed in the last five(05)years, the following minimum quantity of work PU/Epoxy injection grouting work 850 Kgs last five years counted from 28 days prior to the date of submission of tender

The tenderer should have executed the workor have experience in similar works in any ofthe following organizations during last five years i.e., in any Central Govt/ state Govt/PSUs/ Govt bodies/ MES /Railway/ KPWD /CPWD or any Metro Rail Corporation . Each Tenderer in its name should have successfullycompleted or substantially completed similarworks during last five (05) years either of the following: i) One(1) similar work costing not less than the amount equal to Rs. 36.27Lakhs:ii) Two (2) similar works costing not less than the amount equal to Rs.29.02Lakhs: iii) Three3) similar works costing not less than the amount equal to Rs. 21.76Lakhs. Note:(1)Substantially completed works means those works which are at least90% completed as on the date of Tender submission (i.e. gross value of work done up to the last date of submission is 90% or more of the original contract price) and continuing satisfactorily. (3) Last five (5)years shall be counted from 28 days prior to the date of submission of Tender. (4) In case the Tenderer has executed works/ contract for a client, which includes other works in addition to similar works, then the Tenderer should provide a client certificate clearly indicating the amount of work done in respect of the similar work in support of workexperience. (as per ITT clause 3.4(b))) Similar Works means waterproofing works.(2)

Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs. 21.76Lakhs(Credit lines/letter of credit/certificates from Banks) for meeting the fund requirement etc.(as per ITT Clause 3.5(b)

Each Tenderer in its name should have in thelast five financial yearsi.e.2021-22,2022-23,2023-24,2024-25 and 2025-26. achieved an averageannualfinancial turnover of Rs 21.76Lakhs in any three (03) financial years ,in the lastFive(05)Financial years As per ITT Clause3.4(a)

Reports on the financial standing of theTenderer such as balance sheet, Profit andLoss statements and Auditors reports for thelast five years (Provisional Financial Statement are not acceptable).
