Demolishing 24nos Janta flats including foundation without land and filling the site with available excavated earth including dressing and levelling the surface, removal of material and cleaning the site complete in all respect with all leads and lifts on "as is where is basis"as per direction of Engineer-IN-Charge.(All C & D waste shall be disposed off as per NGT guidelines and as per direction of Engineer-IN-Charge.) including taking all the necessary safety precaution and taking expert suggestion by deploying structural Engineer for the safety of the adjecent building/flat. The unserviciable material shall be dispossed off th approved MCD ground. MCD challan shall be brought by agency for dispossal of malba and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. Conditions:- 1.The work shall be carried out in day time only. 2. The site shall be berricaded in all side for the safety of local residents as per latest guildlines issued by NGT. 3. The agency shall carry out demolition work by skilled labour and under the supervision of a Structural Engineer for the safety of adjecent flats, municipal road, water mains & electric over head lines/underground cable & to avoid any mishappening. 4. The work shall be carried out with all safety and security of labour, supervising staff of agency and DDA staff. 5. Any incident/ casualty if occurred during the execution of the work shall be the sole responsibility of agency. 6. Demolition shall be carried out keeping in view the safety of staff of private surrounding properties. 7. The agency will be responsible for arranging and maintaining at his own cost all materials, tools & plants, water, electricity, transport facility for workers & all other services required for the execution of job work. 8. It is the responsibility of contractor to see the site before quoting his rate. 9. No explosives shall be used for demolition of building.
